Really well-run hotel that was close to Newport's main attractions. As well as offering a great family suite, the hotel service was very helpful, and they provided an extremely good breakfast.

Overall, it was excellent, however the breakfast was just okay.

Was very clean and quite stay very close to everything we wanted to do in town. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast if ever had. The he only thing and it’s not the hotels fault is just you could tell everything was kinda slapped together the was rust on the vents and random paint on the furniture along with other just lazy things done during construction. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay there again

Food area and pool were nice and clean. The floors in the elevator and on our floor (2nd) were never vacuumed and were filthy!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a changing hot menu. The man running it, like the rest of the staff is personable and hardworking. The breakfast alone is enough to make me want to come back!

Good hotel but we had horrible neighbors. They were yelling and slamming doors all night.

Reasonably priced, clean and the staff could not be nicer. The room was perfect too. I loved the feeling of home away from home. Also, we were allowed to check in early without having to pay an extra fee. We will be back!

The hotel rooms smelled. You can tell that dogs were there. The shower was disgusting. For 450.00 a night expected better. Some bleach would take care of the stains. I have pictures but can’t post them. The staff were friendly. The hotel needs a deep cleaning.

I like how spacious the suites are and fully stocked kitchen is great.

I know I got a pet room and those aren’t going to be that nice but my dog was eating crumbs from the carpet… you still need to vacuum. I didn’t feel safe letting her walk around the room. Gross stains on the carpet too. The room was also next to the elevator which was very noisy and kept her anxious all night. Second time I have tried this brand in the past few months and I wouldn’t again. Might be different for non pet rooms.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this establishment.
You can tell they really care about their customer. I would definitely stay here again. Trying to find a room in downtown Newport that was nice was very expensive. This was close enough to Newport (only a few minutes away) while staying in a nice place. The breakfast was fine.
Go for it, you won’t be sad.
