The good stuff: friendly, helpful staff, plenty of parking, close to everything.
The bad stuff: the pillows were flat and awful, the fan smelled like mildew for the first couple days, the air in the room was super dry, the pool and hot tub were a few degrees too cold for indoor. It was more like a warm tub than a hot tub.

Mostly everything was good. The beds are always comfortable. The only negative was that there was mold in the shower that can be easily removed with some bleach. Everything else was clean and comfortable.

We stayed for one night, the place was nice, clean safe and close to restaurants. The only complaint I have was I could hear the footsteps from above me. It woke me up in the middle of the night and morning as well. I wasn’t expecting that and it was annoying.

Very close to multiple food options. Very clean hotel. Easy check in process. Room was very spacious. Good value for the stay. A little pricier for this area, but safer option.

Everything was lovely and modern. I love having a fridge and microwave. Very clean and everyone was friendly. They also have a little bistro in the lobby with Starbucks coffee and nice breakfast choices. It was very quiet for the location in a busy area of town.

The hotel was very nice and all the staff were courteous and helpful as well as very helpful. We did notice that a staff member kept her coat and scarf on while she made our drinks and also sat on the counter after she finished, where the other stuff person had prepared our bagels. It was a lovely bar and bistro area, but outside clothing didn't seem appropriate to us.

The gentleman who checked us in was fair; the female who answered questions later was very congenial.
The restaurant left something to be desired - no one explained that you had to find the person and go to the counter to order your food - more like a cafeteria than a restaurant.

A nice clean room, comfortable bed. Over priced compared to other motels and no breakfast makes this one unlikely to get my business again though. Nothing outstanding.

2nd stay here for work. The location is great, hotel is super clean, room was in excellent condition. I was able to check in an hour early and get a lot of work done before going out to grab dinner. Starbucks is a 2 minute walk from hotel which was a bonus.

This is my go to hotel. Easy to check in, rooms are always clean and with fun decorations. It's convenient and easy to get to and now they have food onsite which also makes it easier.

After traveling 6 hours, we were really hoping for a relaxing 2 nights. Both nights, the hot tub was broken and it was extremely loud though out the hotel. It was at no fault of theirs but the children unfortunately were just so loud. The hotel was very clean though, and the house keeping came every morning unlike other hotels we recently stayed in. All in all, I’d recommend it for a clean place to stay. But do not expect it to be quiet until around 11pm.
