Our bed was comfy, but the floor had burn marks and the bathroom had a mildew type smell that would cover the room of door was left open. The shower curtain had mold spots on the bottom. I did not feel like it was real clean, but the bed sheets seemed clean and I guess that’s my main concern.

Great place for a short stay with no hassle. I didn’t personally have any problems, only thing that could have been better was restocking breakfast items, minimized options.

We checked in really late due to traveling all night. After getting into our room, the pullout couch was completely broken and couldn’t be used. Since there were 5 of us, it was really needed. It was so late, my kids were asleep in truck and needed to go to bed, we dealt.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The seating had stains which made the room appear dirty but the beds and bathroom was spotless. They should really consider reupholstering the furniture or do a better job removing the stains.

We had to change rooms 3 times. Twice because of very damp rugs and bathroom floors and one time because the tv didn’t work. The room we finally got one of the bulbs in the bathroom didn’t work

I will always stay here when staying in Txk on the Arkansas side. The room is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool is a nice plus with kids. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not terrible… the room and lobby could have been cleaner. Microwave is in a cubby that won’t plug in so you have to move a full-sized microwave to the counter just to use it. Overall, the hotel is dated and just needs an update and a paint job. The area did feel safe and there was an excellent Italian restaurant around the corner.

This hotel is extremely dirty. Stains all over the place. Whole hotel smelled so stuffy we left.

My stay was fine until the day of check out. Apparently the power was out and the elevators were not working. This is a real inconvenience when you’re on the 4th floor but it’s really inconsiderate when the staff at the hotel doesn’t let you know that the power is out. I had to call the front desk to why the elevator wasn’t working and this is when I found out the power was out and their is no estimate time of restore.

I stayed at this hotel about 4 or 5 years ago when it was brand new and the rooms were very nice and clean.
This time it was a disappointment; the walls were dirty as well as the couch and the bathroom had mold and broken shower head.

Our first room was dirty and one of the beds smelled like urine. The second room the beds were fine. Both rooms had furniture that was filthy. The carpet was just as bad in the rooms and hallway. The service at the front desk was terrific and friendly.

Room had not been vacuumed very well, trash can had trash in it & a small divider wall was sticky. Beds looked as though they had not been either changed or made properly. We were not satisfied with room & manager/owner was not very willing to work with us to get this resolved. We decided to stay somewhere else. We did get a full refund

The property is not well maintained. Bathroom vent hanging from ceiling and sink was broken. The bowl of the sink. Room dirty and you can tell they used dirty rags on tv and pictures.
The night time staff was excellent very helpful. The day time staff looked like a customer. Had no idea she worked at hotel until she started checking someone out. Tank top and jeans. Then they charged my card in error but said they canceled the charge but it's still on my card as pending. Hope that gets resolved. Booked this hotel because from outside it looked very new and updated but the interior is not being kept up. Sad.

I was continuing to have issues with my card to get in the door. Even adter getting a second card. My room was the 1st one next to the door. There was people coming in and out of the door, the door slamming and making a lot of noise up until 10:30 at night. I had come from Rio Grand Valley in Texas snd all I wanted to do was sleep after being on the road for 12 hours. And had another 9 hour day the following day. I went out to walk my dog and one of the people going in and out of the door were put there smoking a joint, and we had to walk by that.
I tried to figure out how to turn on the hot tub, but not only was it NOT hot, the button was missing or broke so it wasn’t available either. I have fibromyalgia and was looking forward to sit in it after a long day of driving.
Not a great experience, and will most likely “NOT” be back!

Vending machines had been removed. couch and rugs in room were stained. They advertised “convenience store” on premises but there was a counter top fridge with limited drinks. They did have great ice cream and the free breakfast was great.

Overall the stay went well except that we wanted to relax in a nice outdoor sitting area. The area we were directed to was only accessible by walking through a the indoor pool room which had an extremely strong smell of chlorine. Many of the outdoor tables were tipped upside down and the cushions were on the ground and in poor repair. The area was very small with a very high fence and a locked gate. Therefore we had to leave through the indoor pool room again.

Beware! Our recent stay was disappointing. We arrived at night and our floor was busy with people and kids running around. The room next to us was loud. Through thin walls we heard a noisy room yelling and arguing. We asked the front desk to change rooms and were told we could not because they were short staffed on house keeping. The place overall was filthy. A back door was being propped open in the rain by an old chair. Our rooms darkening drapes were missing and a shower curtain was hanging instead. Outside the window a bright parking lot light beamed in. The halls and common areas were filthy. The lady at front desk was helpful and did ask the neighbors twice to quiet and eventually they did. She said there was a prom staying there although so no sight of prom students. Well NEVER stay at the UnCOMFORTable Suites again.

Easy to locate and reach. Friendly and helpful staff. Seems well maintained. Many restaurants and gas stations nearby, but the area around this and several adjacent hotels is “parklike”, i.e., green and beautiful!

Our hotel overnight stay was wonderful. Keisha checked us in and she was friendly, courteous, and very professional in checking us in. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable for a great night sleep, and everything in our room worked - the tv, remote, frige. Truly a great place to stay. I booked two rooms, one for us and the other for our nephew and his wife, they commented on how wonderful this hotel is. We will definitely stay here on future trips. Thank you, and thank you to Keisha, employees like her make Comfort Suites a great place to stay.
