It’s my fourth stay in this place and it’s an amazing hotel , very friendly staff especially Mohammad at the reception , very beautiful and large rooms , very comfy beds , also , the lady at the coffee shop camellia was very helpful and friendly . I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment . It has an amazing and huge lobby , the best thing is that the rooms are far away from each other as it has a very spacious corridor

Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families.

My husband and I went for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary and it was worth every penny. They upgraded us for free to a suite. The view was amazing, and the sound of the waves at night set a relaxing mood. We enjoyed the pool bar, and then had drinks and shisha at one of the restaurants when the pool closed at 7pm. We will definitely be back with our kids for a family staycation and get connecting rooms. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience everything was good. Only couple of things. For a family Rooms, if we have two toilets,it will be better. Also, the soundproof between Rooms are not good. We could hear the noise from adjacent room and when our kids play in our Room, othee room members were getting disturbed. When we are unwinding ourselves, we would like our kids also to enjoy freely whether inside room or in external amenties in the property. Not a major complaint, but can be improved on this

From the check in onwards the staff have been brilliant. Great with kids and there is an adult section too. Nothing was too much for the staff and they were always smiling. Lovely hotel. The rooms were great, food was brilliant.

We have stayed at the RAK Waldorf many times now. A wonderful hotel. We love our walks on the beach, gorgeous sunsets, the adult pool, the food and drink and the super attentive staff. Such a relaxed atmosphere with great service.

We check in and the room wasn’t even ready. Waited for almost 3 hours to get another room. We ordered a beer at the adults pool and waited for 1 hour to get it.
The property is in need of a lot of maintenance. Management doesn’t really care much about guest experience.

Great hotel - personnel was so so. Lost our jacket and didn’t return it until saying it wasn’t found at all, until we confronted front desk and they magically brought it to us. On the beach, delivered our food when we We’re away from our beach bed and let flies sit on it. We asked to change the dish, they brought it back and again served the same plate. Nightmare! Several order issues throughout our 2 day visit, wrong bills and wrong orders..forgot orders. On day of arrival we waited intill 5pm to get a room with proper sea view, which we originally booked. In evening restaurant said they had a French male chef, when actually the chef (who was amazing by the way) was not French. No idea why they need to come up with this and change story. Morning of check out they came to do a “mini bar check” never seen this in a 5 star hotel before, and 4 hours before our check out. If this is considered the better hotels in RAK it’s far from organized.. we had to chase every part of the service.

Just an hour ride from the main airports gives you an absence of skyscrapers on the skyline and absence of any visitors not lodging in the hotel on the beach. Just compare with Dubai!
The interior of the hotel is luxury: wide corridors, impressive illumination, huge rooms. At the same time being here, you are not limited by a circle of in-hotel restaurants and shops. One of three Ras-Al-Khaimah small shopping malls is in pedestrian 15 minutes distance from the hotel. The sand on the beach is very comfortable all children collect seashells and stare starfishes from the shoreline. The sea next to the shoreline is shallow; it is safe for the children. At the same time, bones limit the small swimming area. The jet skis from the local adventure company run two meters from the bones, kill any chances for good swimmers for a free swimming and annoy all beach visitors by noisy maneuvering.

Great hotel, very luxurious and huge facilities. However, bed sheets were torn, the room equipped with only basics, starting from only two portions of coffee, no spoons, only one shampoo and shower gel, one thin blanket, etc. we had to call room service 10+ times on the first day to deliver all the missing items. Reception charged me 300AED fees and taxes even though hotels.com charged them already. I’d to negotiate to get my money back. Room service charges 40 AED extra for delivery, which is a joke for five star hotel. The pool is full with people walking around and taking videos of people, me and my wife felt very uncomfortable and left the pool after a short time. Stay was okay, I stayed at better places for less money though.

Unique Experience, Great Hotel and Fantastic Staff. Everything in this hotel was superb. Starting from the check-in and warm welcome. Room was better than expected with nice layout, decoration, amenities and view. In the restaurants the food was great and the staff fantastic. We also had some drinks at Lexington Grill and the bartender was so kind and good. Definitely a place where I will come back soon.

Overal this is a nice place to stay. Room are spacious, quiet with terraces overlooking the sea and surroundings. Breakfast were served as a la cart. And here service could be more efficient. But anyway I can highly recommend this resort.
