The room smelled like mold. There was even mold growing on the blanket and in the bathroom walls. The bathroom had thr wall paper peeling off.

Clean and cozy hotel room. Although it was multiple day booking our room card was activated for one night only. Every day we need to go to the reception for reactivating the card.

It was an easy check in and staff were friendly. I just didn't realize the hotel didn't have a pool and the kids were a bit bummed by that. Overall it was fine.

Location was very good for shopping and eating.

The first room we were assigned was very dirty. The bedspreads were filthy and the floor was dirty and need to be vacuumed. The front desk clerk was nice and gave us a different room. But that one also turned out to have filthy bedspreads. Those facts on top of the fact that the hotel smelled bad caused us to leave without spending the night. The front desk clerk came upstairs and saw both rooms and agreed they were dirty and unacceptable. She was friendly and professional but could not issue a refund because we booked the room through a 3rd party instead of directly with the hotel. She left a message for the manager to call me the next day. I called and left messages for the manager multiple times over the next couple of days. The manager never called me even though the desk clerk said she would give the manager my messages. I would never stay here and can’t believe the positive ratings I have seen.

Bath tub was slanted, walls we're bubbled, shower curtain rod was broken, the carpet turned our feet brown, stuff left from previous customers, dirty/stained sheets and blankets, room smelled like wet clothes, mold on bathroom ceiling, hairs in sink and brown residue I cleaned off toilet. Im just happy we werent kid napped in our sleep.

Upon arrival, check in was very unprofessional. Little to know greeting from the front desk staff. Once I checked in and entered my room 225, there was a musty smell of human body odor. Couch in the room next the air conditioner reeked of human body odor. Shower had black looking mold growing where the seams of the shower tile met. Towels were worn thin and were soaked after one use. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Easy check in. We were missing the ice bucket so we had to use the cups to transport the ice back to the room. Front desk offered to get it from their storage but it probably would’ve taken longer since she was the only one there. Also our TV was out not connecting to the satellite, but they were quick to send someone to help. Comfort: bed was comfortable, pillow were good and we slept in with no interruptions from the outside activities

Texas is expecting to have above average heat this summer. Air conditioning may not be adequate enough for guests. Our room couldn’t cool well enough. Tolerable, but outdated cooling system.

Decent hotel in Voctoria. It served it's purpose. I only stayed there for about 5 hours - it was a quick nap & then on to the next venture. The toilet handle was loose - after one flush, it completely broke off & the water kept running. The front desk lady was fantastic - she was very nice - even at the late midnight hour when I checked in...Overall - good experience. Thank you

I think they had electrical issues because several rooms had a wall that the lamps didn't work. We were 3 familirs staying there and we all had the same issues. But it was ok stay.

Normally love this particular Days Inn. Since I booked online got moved from King for Disabled (80%. Services connected due to back) to Double bed which didn’t bother me maybe someone else needed it at 9:20pm that called to get a room. Upon going to the room they gave me, floors were dirty, no vacuum in days, killed a few roaches and sheets had dead skin on them. Maybe a bad week for them, but still was disappointing.

It was affordable and clean

Carpet had stains, Sofa had stains Breakfast is poor quality. I will not consider kt breakfast Keys did not work

Convenient location for restaurants.

It was decent and convenient for where we were going. The property itself was nice. However, i was shocked to see partially used complimentary shampoo/conditioner in my bathroom and even strands of hair stuck to the walls. Pretty weird.

The location was nice but breakfast was poor no hot items no waffles also no pool.Beds were very comfy and room was spacious and tv needs to be updated.

When we got there they gave us room keys for a room that already had people in it but were able to still get us in a room even though they were booked. Floor in room was a little wet when we left,. I'm guessing from the AC unit.

The rooms were filthy. Carpet throughout entire room was sticky. Showers hadn’t been cleaned before checking in (large amount of body wash still on the shower floor), restroom also had plastic wrapping on the floor from previous guest. Do not recommend.

Hotel is in a good area, easy access to highway, shopping and many dining options. I didn’t like the room as much, definitely needs to be renovated but other than that, it was in a safe place.

There was a light bulb that needed to be replaced in the bathroom. I left it out for the housekeeping service but it was never changed. Also the toilet seat was not installed properly and housekeeping never came to my room. I did enjoy the shower though and I was comfortable.

A very good bargain for a comfortable stay

When I checked in, late in the evening, the AC wasn’t working, and there was no one to check it out. I was offered to change rooms, but declined because I was already “moved in” and wished to keep my handicap room. It was promised that it would be fixed the next day. I was away the next day, and when I returned in the evening, I had a brand-spanking-new AC! I had clean linens each day. My four-night stay started off a bit rocky, but was a wonderful stay in the end! The bed was really comfortable. I was visiting family, and all I needed was a place to shower and lay my head at night, and Days Inn completely fit the bill!

towels are tiny not bath towels ,,,however young lady checking us in at the front desk in the evening was Super kind & fixed the non working tv and would bring me an extra towel to the room. Kudos to the young lady @the front desk in the evenings.!!!
