No restaurants nearby, just the liquor store next door.

Staff is amazing they always deal with your concerns or if you have any questions they are happy to answer them which I appreciate. Other than that it's close to a lot of dining and things to do

We have stayed here previously before many times. Never had problems until my stay from June 7th through June 10. First room we were given was used had dirty sheets, used towels, dirty clothes, and smelled like so much smoking went on in there. I went to inform the guy about this of course and he apologize and gave me a different room. This room was cleaned except the trash bin had trash from previously attendant and it was a used condom. After we left the next day they came to house keep the room but missed the toilet paper we had asked for and no bags in the trash bins. Not sure if the house keeping crew has new managment or no management at all but it services has definitely decline. I am a firm believer in second chances but if this uncleanliness continues we might have to find a new hotel to stay at while visiting Modesto. Also we have photos but its not letting me add them.

It does not have a bath tub

They lock your car in their lot from 10PM to 6AM. Not comfy with that but probably was necessary judging by the neighborhood

The pictures of the hotel you have are very outdated. It is run down on the outside and in a bad neighborhood. We did not stay. The room was clean, but the bed was like a rock

Love this place it’s a affordable convenient place to stay when in town. Everyone there is great from NICK the manager and other office staff all the way to the housekeeping. They are so helpful and attentive. I stay every time I’m in town now.

It was okay. The area isn't in the best part of Modesto & I wish I would've paid more attention prior to booking. When arriving, I asked the front desk about possibly switching rooms since one person didn't end up coming on the trip & without checking said, "no rooms were available." In my opinion, he just wanted to get the most money out of me & since the room was pre-booked, I had no choice but to stay there. However, I now know better & will choose another motel when I'm back in the area.

The service at the front desk was excellent the problem was that when I was getting ready to go to bed, I pulled the covers and I found bedbugs an hairs (I took a video of them crawling on our beds) I called the front desk when they finally answered they wanted me to come and pick up clean sheets so that I can change them myself but I refused. They finally came half an hour later and I showed him the bedbugs and the hairs They offered to give me a new room but by then it was 1:00 a.m all we wanted was to go to bed but the noise outside was unbearable, people yelling, screaming running back-and-forth in the hall and outside. We try our best to try to rest for a few hours. The next morning when we were checking out I asked to speak to the manager but conveniently the manager wasn’t there after asking a few times for business card with the managers name they gave it to me. I called three times but he was never there so I gave up. They still charge me full price on my rooms and they offer no credit or anything I would definitely not recommend this hotel and for Expedia to have them listed under their website which is what I use a lot I’m very disappointed.

The staff was super nice. One of the best places for nice staff We had to be moved to a different room because our heater or hot water didn’t work. The second room was very dusty.

Great Staff

Its very comfortable to stay there. I love that my chihuahua can be there but not such a bad area tbh. The gates to rhe parking close at 12am and reopen at 6am if I'm not mistaken. So car is safe ^_^ rooms do have wear and tear but nothing to crazy to where it would cause me to request a new room or a refund.

Very friendl staff. I did not feel unsafe, however, the liquor store next door attracts some persons „who have experienced an unhappy fate“. The car park gets locked overnight. Although it might not be their responsibility, the hotel should look into all the trash and debris on the sidewalk between entrance and car park, to improve the impression.

The motel 6 has small and dirty rooms with poor customer service. Additionally, the area surrounding the motel is unsafe. It is recommended to avoid this location.

It was cheaper than anything els around down town. For the price it was nice. Coffee was complementary and it was good. It was cozy and the tv was in a good location. We slept good. Thank you!

First of all, the building is in need of major upkeep. But the worst part was our non-smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke. There was no available parking when we arrived. Walls extemely thin, we woke up to another patront yelling about the service. The sheets were clean. I understand this building is in downtown. But the surrounding neighborhood was much better kept than this motel.
