The hotel is very well kept and the staff was amazing. The rooms are comfortable, though not much hanger space. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent stay. Hote very close to Main Starion so easy to find, drop stuff off, and see the city. Also located in Japanese neighbourhood so lots of good food options nearby!

Excellent location; it's on the main street of Dusseldorf, close to the station, has lots of eating places and shops, etc. Therefore it does not have enough commodities such as complimentary water and coffee/tea, refrigerator, bathroom kit, etc. And it would be nice to have glasses instead of paper cups.

I often use this hotel as nearest hotel to Station suitable for quick check in / check out.

I needed to stay here due to a delay in my train plans and the hotel is super close to the main trian station. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail. The room was very nice, but a bit loud in regard to the outside trams driving by as well as hallway noises. Otherwise I enjoyed ny stay very much.

Great hotel and simply walked out the door to the departures terminal in the morning.

Good: 1. The hotel has a great atmosphere. 2. A good variety of chairs/tables for breakfast 3. Nice with two pillows to choose between on the bed 4. I liked the mattress, it was exactly hard/soft enough 5. Well-situated in the city Three small minus points: 1. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs were boiled too long and were green. 2. I stayed there for two nights, and wanted to reuse my towel, and therefor had not thrown it on the floor. All towels were replaced anyway. If you want to be environmental friendly, please respect your own rules. If a towel is not on the floor, it we be used again. 3. Why do you turn on the monitor automatically, when entering the room? That is also not so environmentally good. Let the people who live in the room decide :-)

I like the MotelOne brand. Excellent room, great WiFi, friendly staff. But I don’t like the low casual chairs in the reception / bar / breakfast room. It’s not elegant seating and a bit of a discomfort when eating. No wonder the proper tables are occupied first. Otherwise, will be back and we’ll done on your C19 controls. Stay safe

This was our 2nd stay at a Motel One. Previously stayed at a Barcelona Motel One. This location in Dusseldorf did not disappoint. One thing I like about this chain is the open spacious living areas. We enjoyed their living areas between our activities or at the end of the day. May be the best hot chocolate I've ever had. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but we knew they would be. Would most definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located next to main train station. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Points of interest in city easily reachable through public transportation. Staff was very friendly. Was able to store luggage after checkout and spend a few hours exploring city before catching train. Room was clean.

This could have been a great stay. The room was clean, close to the train station, quiet room. The problem is the room never cooled off and made sleeping very difficult before an early morning flight. It could have been perfect if not for that.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, being close to the Dusseldorf train station. The price is just right for all these reasons.

The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Dusseldorf train station and is close to the Japanese Quarter (with lots of authentic Japanese restaurants and a big Asian supermarket). It is also within walking distance to the shopping street (10 mins) and the old city centre (Alstadt). The hotel has a very big lobby area that is nicely decorated. The room is sound proofed as I stayed on the first floor facing the outdoor cafe of the hotel, and yet I did not hear any noise from outside. The only downside of the room is that no kettle is provided.
