friendly staff

The beds were super nice, the price was right. However apart from a shop inside a gas station, there is absolutely nothing around it. If you don't have a car, pass this place. The staff was very friendly and nice, someone was available 24x7

A nice and relative close to Paris center with a Peripheral highway exit just near. Perfect for a several days visit. Good parking for a little extra and Gas station just near and a McDonalds at two blocks away and even commercial center at 12 minutes. Nice and helpful staff. I recommend definitely specially if you go with car.

I was surprised how good the hotel was for the price they charged! (The breakfast could be better).

Service

We had booked a group of 9 people in October 2022. Some of our clients were followed by a person to the hotel and were sitting in front of their rooms for a couple of hours. It has been noticed that the front desk staff provides room access keys to any person without investigating and an unknown person entered one of our client rooms with an access card issued by the front desk at night. We followed up on the invoice multiple times however, no invoice was issued, no response to our complaints from the receptionist, supervisor to the director and to date we have received no communication after the full payment was taken in advance. Highly unprofessional staff with no regard for customer satisfaction. **Not recommended**

It was a nice stay . Pleasant reception , stayed for 3 weeks the room was cleaned only once a week i wish it is cleaned twice a week . The hotel near the bus stop

The Apartment is a nice place to be with, the receptionist was nice and helpful the room i lodged was big and the Kitchenette was a great one for a traveller.The only problem i had was that i lodged for Five days and my room wasn't cleaned i had to ask the Cleaning attendant for sheets to change my bed and when i asked the receptionist she said its the standard,also there is this Offensive smell from the bathroom that is not pleasant at all..if the Manager can work on this then it will be more pleasant for Visitors and Tourist

Very disappointed! Used to be nice and clean, not anymore. Only the men at the reception are nice and very helpful but the women are rude and helpless. Strange. So be aware!

It was a great experience! The close proximity to the Orly Airport. The food places around were very limited due to the area. It was a quiet place for business and leisure relaxation. A free shuttle takes you directly to the airport. Which is a A ! The kitchen area had all what you needed. It has Centrel A/C and you can open your window. A cool breeze comes in and out which is rather nice. The added amenities were worth it for a budget traveler.

Good stay but lots of things missing from the room. Only 1 mug and 1 towel in 1 room for 2 people which wasn't great as we'd pre-booked so they were aware it was for more than 1. no spoons in the other.

We appreciated the airport shuttle. It is also close to a bus line for convenient transport into Paris.

Very smelly rooms... The smell of sewage in the toilet... The room was not cleaned during my stay even though I was asking the reception to do it... The person at the reception was rude and insulting, he went as far as saying the client is not king in my book, it is not our fault that the room was not cleaned, since we have a contractor that comes and cleans the rooms???!!!

The manager helped us make our stay comfortable after we missed our flight. We couldnt have done it without the manager going out of her way to endure we were comfortable. The free airport shuttle was a plus and free!!!

I liked the hospitality of the staff, everyone was very professional, polite and respectful. The breakfast was good and the place was clean.

Stayed one night when i had a 23 hour layover at the Paris airport, the location was great only being 2 miles from the airport. The hotel was very nice with beautiful accommodations. Unfortunately I found the hotel staff to be rude and not helpful. My review would have been great if wasn’t for the attitudes of the staff.

Not cleaned whilst I stayed for 8 nights!!!

Great hotel to stayed I really enjoyed it. I totally recommend to anyone whoever wants to visit France .
