Comfortable, clean rooms. Lovely selection at breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Nice toiletries provided and free bottled water. Decor was dark but in keeping with the design of the building.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The track lighting must’ve had a short because it blinked on and off like a disco. Breakfast was fabulous. Access from the subway was very convenient.

They have NO Air conditioning, they did give a fan but does not reduce the humidity. The room I had had a shower that the wall cut off half the shower that is small to begin with.CLOSTIFOBIC!

Can’t beat the convenience to Stockholm.

- room is very small for 2 people with 2 large and 2 small suitcases which makes the stay bit unpleasant. - the shampoo and the body wash in the room were empty

Staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are tiny, bathrooms have nowhere to put anything, hotel bar closes promptly at 21:30. Its not a bad place but I wouldn't chose to stay here again.

Very good postion, train, tram, bus and underground within two minutes walk. Hotel staff friendly and atmosphere warm and busy but not overly so.

A lovely stay. Comfortable hotel room and we took the bathroom with a bath which was a high-ligth after a full day out and about. Very central with station nearby and walking distance to everything. Only negative was that the breakfast was subpar.

Fantastic bed. Some lights where not working as they should and my TV did either not work. One girl in the reception did not do anything about it but when I then spoke to another one I was compensated for it. Very service minded girl.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff and good bed! Only problem (experienced several times) is that breakfast refills are poor, quite often bread runs out, charcuterie is not refilled etc. this normally happens at late breakfast 09:30.

Very varm room during summer. No AC, and due to the hotel being on the "main street" opening a window at night did not work, as it was very loud to the late hours of the night. Old tv, no chromecast, did have access to HDMI though. Wifi very bad, constantly dropping (not good for work) Breakfast was alright. Eggs and bacon were amazing. Everything else was very average. Water goes everywhere in shower, pressure was good. Bed was very nice, but the sheets had a weird flap in the middle which bothered me. The bar was great with great staff and service. The area overall was very good, center of sundbyberg close to town, close to a lot different things to see.

Story Hotel was very cosy and inviting, personal nice and friendly, system modern and user easy. I specially appreciated the large bathroom and La Bruket cosmetics and great breakfasts. It would be great to come back here in future again. Thank you! :)

The service was amazing and so was the room really trendy and up to date however I feel the room size was a bit on the small size which left us very little space for 2 people. The food was good and the restaurant and bar was open until late

Stayed with this hotel for 4 nights in October, as a couple.Location.It is conveniently located in within a short walking distance to the nearby Sundbyberg tram & metro stations.Sundbyberg is about 20 mins metro ride to the city centre.Hotel.Very quick checkin.Very friendly staff.Great atmosphere.Hotel lobby, bar, lounge, and dining areas are very stylish, trendy and comfortable.Room.We asked for a quiet room (towards the rear of the hotel, away from the nearby tram line that runs beside the hotel) and they accommodated us.Bed mattress was very comfortable.Room was stylish, clean, comfortable.Great shower.Great TV.Hairdryer in the room.Breakfast:Great spread of granola, cereals, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, and tea/coffee/milks, freshly baked/warmed breads up until 10:30am.I recommend opting in for their breakfast included package, as eating in Stockholm, in general, seemed expensive.Small/minor things to note (or improve): The pillows on the bed are very (very) soft, so you may need to ask for some additional pillows if you are use to a medium weight pillow.Unlike other hotels, there was no USB ports on the electrical plugs (just one on the back of the TV), so if you are use to charging our devices via USB, bear this in mind.The bathroom mirror is not steam proof.The single bathroom light is on the left-side of the mirror only, and therefore difficult to shave.Summary.Highly recommend, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was great and the property was wonderfully maintained. I stayed in room 108. I loved the tub but I thought it was a bit odd that there was no shower curtain and it caused water to go all over the floor. Other than that I would totally stay here again. It is so close to the public transportation system and is very chic.

Perfect location to public transport, very nice breakfast with room. Room clean and updated.
