Location and back water great. Hotel property is good . Rooms are very dirty and broke wall , furniture are very dirty With stains .

Check in experience was fine. I booked a triple room, for errr three people. But upon arrival there were only two bath towels and no hand nor face towels. Once requested however, they did turn up. The room was a river facing room and overlooked the pool and river. The pool however was under maintenance, so we were extremely disappointed, this was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. There wasnt much of an apology either. So if the pool is a must for you, then check ahead - we were the in Nov and it was definitely not finished.The room also spelt of smoke so back in the day must have been a smoking room.The rooms, and hotel seemed very tired though. I cant compare it to other Wyndhams, but it was stuck in the late 70s/80s. The room was very large with dark and cracked flooring. There were also only two electrical sockets by the desk and not the bed. I remember having to unplug the lamp to access one too. Breakfast was ample with a good selection. Service was very slow for tea/coffee. We did have dinner there too. Again service was slow and the chicken biriyani was under-cooked. It was immediately replaced however, and staff were apologetic but this marred the whole experience. The omelette in the morning was also a little too underdone.I think the hotel could do with a refresh. The restaurant seems to be offering too much to provide a great standard in food.Whenever something wasnt right the staff were extremely helpful however.

5 stars hotel. I used my reward night to stay in this hotel, very disappointing, my worst night in a 5 stars hotel. Technician stayed 30min in my room to fix a light. It was impossible to shut down all lights in order to sleep. In the night, because of Electricity shut down and come back, one light kept turning on at 3am in the morning, waking me up. Very dirty room, wallpaper and bath room. Pillow covers are smaller than pillow. All of that is true, check pictures.

Bad service ,bad facilities , dirty, old ,outdated hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away! Dont go there!!! Ichsss

The room was great! It was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was okay. It wasn't the greatest tasting one, but you will definitely find something to eat there. Also, the service is a bit slow. We ended up calling the reception desk three times, trying to get a third code for wifi (we had three people in our group). The first two calls had the reception desk respond by "we'll call you back." We finally got a different person for the third call who understood what we wanted and said it would activate in five minutes. Our other group of friends (in a different room) called for water and they never arrived. When we called for some extra water, it did take a while, but they did get it.

Excellent location,great customer service. Did not care about morning cold shower each day. No hot water for shower. Stayed at Ramada four nights Thanks

We stayed only one night and overall the stay was okay. The only thing that was important and it wasn’t good was the AC unit in the room as it was very noisy. That made it hard for me to fall asleep and have a restful night. The view from the room was over the backwaters and it was very pretty.

This is a perfect location for a Indian romantic getaway. The houseboat station is right outside.

This hotel is nice and service was excellent. However, the bathrooms in our room were a bit dirty and looked like they had not been fully cleaned. There were many little bugs in our room but I think that is because the hotel is right on the water.

Very kind staffs, they are very helpful. and accomdations are clean. Nearby the finishing point of house boats.

We stayed here to explore the back waters, the central location meant we could walk ,cycle and hire a boat for the day.

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and kind! Our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast had many selections (both Indian and Western). The hotel also helped us book a car from Alleppey to Munnar, and their driver was extremely knowledgeable of the mountain roads. We will be back to the Ramada soon!

Customer service staff need to be trained in customer services skills - assist one customer completed and then attend to other customers not 4 or 5 at the same time. Water tons of water before hot water is released in shower.

Nice hotel and close to water front. Good view from all rooms. we where around 20 pax. enjoyed thanks.

Staff are very nice and helpful, Breakfast is good with lots of choices, staff ready to prepare extra preps,internet is very slow.The hotel is supposed to be 5 years old, has been kept clean, but looks like its 20 plus years old, very run down, needs major refurbishing, facilities need attention, rooms are OK, but bed very hard, pillows hard as well,...only hotel which did nor reply us back our emails for confirming booking.Travel section is good with helpful staff, very affortable rates for boat cruises, safer than outside companies.Alleppey is also very full of rubbish everywhere, unlike Venice.Overall, the hotel is now more concentrating on local customers than overseas visitors, thus the affortable rates....so if the hotel is refurbished. then its a fantastic hotel with a good location.
