The customer service was great! Everyone was friendly and moved us around if we needed to be. Rooms are clean, except carpets. Bathrooms are dated. Beds and pillows are great. Some of the renos that are being done or that are completed are sloppy for example, primer on rugs, touched ceiling with paint roller. Splashes of paint on lots of things. Hallways are cold. Taps in rooms for water dated, they work, just not a stream of water kind of splashy. Mom and dads view of the pool was a view storage. Not enough light in rooms.

Room was very dirty. The bathroom was not clean. Dirty sheets on bed. Hallway floors not vacuumed. Repair desperately needed in a number of places. Door would not close in bathroom located at the entrance. Another door was duck taped. Lots of noise during the night at back of hotel.

Wifi was not working at all. Air conditioning was not working. Room was very hot. Night staff at reception was irresponsible. Phoned twice to get help regarding the air conditioning or fan. They just ignored.. first and last visit

Its coming along with renovations over time. The old version of this place was rough. Being a handyman, I notice many things. The important thing to me is the bed was firm and clean and towels too. The hot breakfast was OK: Sausuges and boiled eggs...but the cereal and toast w/ Juice/coffee is a good idea. Also the pool was open post pandemic which is nice. ( I did not use it this time). AC worked fine as well as fridge/microwave/TV.
The price was right and close to many restaurants and the big mall and McDs.

Indoor pool was closed for maintenance since May 2024. Please update this info on your ad. Partly the reason we chose this facility and was quite disappointed when we got there. Other than that, a decent place to stay.

The room was clean enough and only smelled a little. The hallways and front “reception” area smelled moldy, musty and mildew. Like your grandmothers basement. The staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed. I know they had fire evacuees from forest fires up north so that may be why they were stressed. Very noisy with the room above us thumping and jumping for 10 hours straight. Was afraid to leave anything in car outside and parked right outside our window so we could keep an eye on it.

The entrance to parking lot is pretty rough. The building is looking a little rundown. Bed was clean and comfortable. Door didnt close all the way on its own. Door and door frame look quite used. The building has an overall smell in the hallways of stale smoke. But staff were excellent and the price was right.

Came in for a late night check in and let me tell y’all, that guy that covers that shift is awesome! Friendly, welcoming and a proud Brandonite! That hotel may not look much from outside, but it’s clean, comfortable, cheap and the free breakfast is sufficient. Good enough for me in my book.
