It was a great experience thanks to the staffs’ attentiveness specially the front desk agents Tran, Thao, and the manager (can’t remember his name). Although the rooftop pool is very tiny the hotel has its own beach club and offers free parasol and beach towels. I loved there is a subway road straight to the beach! Otherwise I would never have made it to the beach with all those crazy traffics :) Also, the breakfast was good but for its location close to many local restaurants I would recommend to try local food outside. Overall thanks again for the team that attentively helped me and my mom to stay comfortable. All the best..

Excellent location in Da Nang right on the beach. However the service and staff need a more professional training!! When a « « Do Not Disturb » sign in on a door, then don’t KNOCk!! How difficult is that to understand? Cleanliness of my room can also be improved ! Because of the regular access to the beach, sand gets into the room and shower and staff must clean it everyday! Those are small improvements to make it a better hotel!

After much searching decided to stay at this hotel as it was the only one on the famous beach that had free sun beds and umbrellas-free beach towels also available . The location was good on the main strip in danang with many restaurants walking distance. The hotel is oppostie the famous beach, which is clean and beautiful. Please note many many hotels are in the area. The hotel itself is going through renovation but this doesn't interrupt your stay also around the hotel There is some work in the area but it didn't disturb us. There is a still a rooftop pool which is small but does the job. The pool on the ground floor is under renovation as the second part of the hotel Is. The gym ie very basic has some weights and machines. The spa next door is expensive. The breakfast is fine usual egg station, cereal and Asian options available. The fresh fruit was good. The staff were all helpful and friendly towards me and my family. We booked the queen bedroom which was quite small but had lovely view of the ocean. The a/c worked well which is important for the heat in vietnam. Good water pressure in the room. Overall me and the family enjoyed our stay given the location of the hotel which was opposite the beach- crossing busy road. The overall finish of the room was clean and modern. This is not a European style hotel like the big brands but it has a good standard in terms of design.

Great service, nice breakfast and an excellent beach area ! This is definitely a nice hotel for everyone who likes to hang out at the beach. It could actually be a 5 star hotel. Will definitely be coming back.

Check in was swift , polite and professional Emily reviewed my reservation to insure accuracy. Beach is directly across street. Breakfast is perfect with adequate selections. Beach side restaurant and bar is perfect with plenty of palm trees, lounge and shade areas and towels. Water is clean and clear.

Staff were friendly and amazing. Only thing is room is very small. There aren’t much space to unpack your stuff. But it’s very clean, right by the beach, good food near, and nice fluffy bed.
