My stay was TERRIBLE. We got to the property at 3pm after a long drive and was looking forward to getting into our rooms to unwind. At checkin, we were told our rooms would be ready in 20 minutes, then 10 minute, didnt get our first room until 5:30, then our second until about 7pm. Our rooms were on the highest floor and there are no elevators on the property to help getting our baby and stroller to our rooms. Had to lift the stroller everytime going up and down. We requested a crib, when it finally came it was this huge monstrosity of of a thing that took up space in the room. We got rid of it!. Towels for the pool were hard to come by, you were lucky if you could get a towel everyday. Service workers were slow and lacking, they have a i dont care attitude. I orderd a pesto panini vegetable sandwich only to have them deliver a panini with no pesto and wilted dryed out lettuce. They staff consistently lied about promises they made to me. I would never go back to this property and would not recommend it to anyone on the planet 🙄 😒 😐

The best part of the vacation was the friendly staff. The room was nice however the property is in need of a good paint job and cleaning. The food choices were limited and night time entertainment was lacking. The beach was also nice and kept.

The beach is nice and much better than Montego Bay. The hotel didn't have the entertainment, safety needed and it was double the expense of Montego Bay that had better entertainment and service. b

The property was dirty, we arrived our rooms didnt have any towels, outside the roooms the floors were dirty, the pool deck needs to be refurbished.

Hotel is misleading. No entertainment, limited food options. Hotel rooms were dirty, molded, bugs/spiders, no elevators to carry luggage upstairs, unsafe grounds water was on steps and walkways. Didn’t receive room service cleaning none of our stay. One night we called for towels and washcloths and they had none. We had to wait the following afternoon for towels/washcloths. Had to be moved from one dirty room to another dirty room. Ceiling had cracks and mold. Water was leaking on my husband’s head from ceiling after he got out shower. Overall experience is 1 for property. Staff was nice so i rate staff 4. Facility needs alot of attention and improvement. The price of room did not fit the hotel. Extremely overpriced, not close to a luxury hotel! It deserves to be a 2 star! highly disappointed! I wish we could get a refund for this stay as it was the worst i ever stayed!

Very nice facilities. Staff very nice and accommodating. Bring your own bath linens. There are times there is a shortage of bath linens but bring your own and it will be perfect.

our room was near the noisy room, the room next door lock broke and they were fixing it at 2am very noisy, limited restaurant reservation.. not happy

Property needs some renovation. Too much flies in the dining areas on the salads etc. not enough options for food especially for ppl who don’t eat meat. Need more seafood options. Each time we took a shower the bathroom would be flooded. Bath facilities needs to be redesigned to avoid the mess. Lobby into far and some other facilities. Operators barely answers the phone. Room service took two hours to take some food for my daughter. The staff was very noisy near the rooms. No wash cloth in my room. I was excited about going there but I was disappointed. Wouldn’t return

This property has potential but they have a section for people that’s nice and then the rest of it. Renovations are needed. Told to download app and didn't work so very hard to get reservations for dinner for example. If you’re black, expect to witness being treated differently than “other customers” that they perceive to be higher tippers if you catch my drift. Not a good feeling considering we all paid to stay there and every customer should be treated the same. Ocean view was nice and when we did finally get reservations the food was good however.

The property was beautiful with amazing beach views and access. The staff was not the best and the food/drinks were basic and not five stars worthy. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was exactly as advertised! This resorts’ highlight is the beach itself.

My stay was 3 days after Hurricane Beryl, so it was expected for things to be a little out of whack. The staff did a really great job trying to keep the property up & running for the enjoyment comfort and pleasure of the guests. Yes the water/internet & current ran low or not at all for short periods, yes staffing was short, so some services were slow & some places were not opened but again all due to Beryl. I did not care too much for the food choices, except for the Jamaican foods, they were awesome!
Could not get into the specialty restaurants because there was no way to reserve a spot. The main restaurant had many many flys, those flys were resting on the silverware layed out on the table for guest use. I suggested to the manager to keep utensils wrapped in a napkin for protection but that fell on deaf ears. All in all this was a good resort for the money, my stay was not terrible. I will return & give it another go when everything is running back to normal. Just know the month of July was not good for many here on the island but thanks to Azul, they made it do what it do! 👏

The property was very well taken care of. Staff were amazing, especially Samatha at Customer service. Food and drinks were very good as well.
I was in building 4 at a swim-up room. The room needed some updating. TV’s color was off, AC unit is old, cushions & pillows on the patio looked old and dingy. The set at the foot of the bed needs cleaning. And the hand held shower holder’s screw was coming out the wall.

Not enough food, workers barley know what’s going on, no water literally for 2 days had to use bottle water to even brush my teeth and when they water came back for 2 hours it was all nasty and brown.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at this property. Azul was not to the standards of what I am accustom; nor what was advertised. I am in my early 40s and well traveled. I have been to many all inclusive resorts and many that were not. The only plea-sentry was the staff !! There attentiveness, pleasant demeanor and over all willingness to assist.
The staffs attitude and Professionalism is what slightly aid guest not to be extremely upset. As the world we live in many are so unfortunately. However, for the amount of money spent on this location. I would definitely NOT recommend this resort to anyone.
During our stay: Long lines for breakfast, due to one of the two breakfast restaurants being closed. unkept facility; peeling and molded walls, exterior. Beach and patio cushions not maintained, outdoor showers out of service; resulting in guest walking farther to rinse off or sticking their feet in the near by pool, no towels daily, select times only, restaurants closed; to which Azul only has three. ( many all inclusive resorts have 5-9 gourmet restaurants), limited mini bar water, beer and soda ( to which if you request more for your fridge, we were told there is a daily allotment which isn’t all inclusive. Pool cleaning, mowing of grass and racking the beach were done mid morning while trying to enjoy the beach or pool. (not early morning while guest are rising or having breakfast
Room service is not 24 hours, limited selection and one of the times took two hour.
