I liked their breakfast.

I returned to this hotel because of the pleasant experience I had during the last visit. This time, we had a little challenges due to my mistake on the dates of my stay (and Hotels.com's inability to correct the mistake in time) and due to the hotel's inability to accommodate the last minute change because they were sold out. But the hotel staff did their best to make changes to accommodate my needs, which was very much appreciated.

Due to the nature of the trip, my schedule was quite fluid duirng the stay. They bent over backwards to accommodate my requests for changes with a very short notice. I was very happy with the amenity in the room and what they offer at the front desk. Everything is clean and well-cared for. They seem to have high occupancy rate, so you'd want to let them know ASAP if you want to extend your stay. The check-in time is 3 pm and even though they accommodate an early check-in, they charge a fee of 1,000 yen for each hour you want to check in early. The breakfast buffet is extensive and that is worth the stay.

Great location easy walk from the train station. Airconditioning in the rooms is sometimes not working making the rooms quite stuffy. Very nice staff.

The hotel is in a run down part of town, but close to the train station. The room was okay but the bed was hard, the bathroom was cramped (typical Japanese). We did love the they had CNN and BBC in English. They would not let us check in an hour early (which two of our other hotels this stay did).

Resol is a very convenient hotel very closed to the train station but you don’t hear the train. You have also plenty of restaurant, convenience stores and a supermarket. There is all services important you need. The room is quite big or at least biggest than others. I really recommend the hotel

Good check in service. The lads and lasses were super nice, as expected. The room however was a little old fashioned, ie the door required manual locking, windows couldn’t be opened, air conditioning warm up was a little long. Amenities were good though. Breakfast was good

Nice hotel and close to central Gifu - very handy to train station and shopping / eating spots . Check in at 3pm is only Dilema and they really stick to it...

Resol was a pleasant change from the hotel in Nagoya. Theres some walk and haul from the JR station but the staff treated me better than more expensive hotel and the room was cleaner than a more branded hotel. I would choose Resol over others because of its value, not for convenience to major sightseeing.

Hotel location ia easy to find and is near the train station. Lots of eatery nearby. Very comfy hotel. I would give it 5 star hotel rating.

Very convenient and cozy hotel just steps away from Gifu Station

普通によかったです。

部屋は清潔で、広さもちょうど良かった。朝食☀🍴が美味しいし料理の配置がとても良かった。 ただ showerカーテンはしっかり厚みのあるものにしてほいです

It was nice, however few things I want them to improve.Check out 10 am is too early, if possible please extend this to atleast 11-12 amPlease have some one who speak good enough English, though I understand Gifu is not so much touristic so it may not be that necessary.

This place was convenient and a good lower-end hotel. It still has most of the amenities etc. of better hotels. Its located very close to the city center and train station. Staff spoke limited English. A good place to stay for 1-2 nights (which is what youd usually spent in Gifu). Rooms are fairly large for Japanese standards (always quite small!) and check-in / out went easy. Rooms could have been slightly more clean (a little dust here and there)

It was too dirty and smell not good in the room. The facility in the room is too old.

The bed and pillows could be better. Lack of a humidifier together with an inconsistent air conditioning are a big minus.

ルームライトの一部がスイッチで消せないため、カードキーを抜かないと消灯出来ない。カードキーを抜かないと明るくて寝られないので、抜いて寝たが抜くと真っ暗でトイレに行くのに困る始末でとても不便でした。

A solid hotel option in Gifu. Easy check in, hassle-free, good rooms. The carpet was a little stained, but everything else was otherwise great. Didn't pay for the breakfast buffet they offer (1,200 yen), so can't comment on that. Pretty good location in Gifu. The only stressful thing was parking. They have parking available in a parking garage next door for 1,000 yen/day and you can park there between like 14:00 - 10: 00, something like that. We weren't sure if you were allowed to come and go, so we ended up parking at the lots across the street. Big mistake. Ended up paying 1,500 and 1,600 yen per night over two days. Stick with their garage. One of the ladies at the front desk spoke some english, which was helpful. There's a Family Mart convenience store just down an alleyway, otherwise not a ton of amenities close by. Great value for $50/night and we would definitely stay again.
