Very clean and nice room. Had the spa tub which was wonderful. Only complaint was every door that was closed you could hear.

The room smelled of the sewers. We had to fill the sinks with water and keep them filled to keep the drain closed. There was no ventilation fan in the room or bathroom. Not a restful night sleep.

Checked in, handed the key… no information given ie your rm number is x, this is how you get to your room. 3 towels for 5 guest. No pillows for our 5th guests pull out bed. Poor service , lacked routine linens, outrageous for a 250/night suite.

been h ere many times this may be the last! Sink plug would not drain- at 2 am under the sick I did a temp fix. AM pulled the plunger... filthy and clogged fully. Hot tub would not drain at all...tried 5 times. Break fast hot water was a dribble and could only fill 1/2 cup and gave up.

The staff that we interacted with were very nice. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered nice options and was good. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be that the hallway floors needed a good vacuum. The pool was nice and warm.

Overall nice hotel, the carpet is noticeably dirty looking in halls and our room. We had a handicapped room and the shower chair looked like a yard chair. The breakfast was great! The breakfast staff were not the friendliest, but the check in ladies were very helpful and professional.

The hotel was great! Very clean, staff was friendly and attentive, price was good and in a great location for visiting Frankenmuth. I did make a couple suggestions: add a exhaust fan in the bathroom, one of the outlets in bathroom needs to be replaced. one day we did not get our room cleaned or fresh towels when we reported it the staff could not be more apologetic and gave us new towels.
The continental breakfast was very good. Cereal, yogurt, self made waffles, bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, etc.
This hotel will not disappoint!

Very nice hotel in a location convenient to tourist attractions. The service was excellent; check in was quick and efficient. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We would return if we visit Frankenmuth again.

The hotel was nice, but our room smelled and thier is no sound proofing. We could hear people talking in thier rooms and people getting ice from the ice machine which was a couple of roo.saway from us.

When I went to check in, my reservation could not be found. The afternoon shift supv took care of the situation promptly, repeatedly apologizing. She was awesome and I walked away laughing. Everything was great, breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was neat and clean. In convenient walking distance from many attractions. Challanges were that our room was missing some necessities such as hand soap was empty, and no pillows, blankets, or sheets in the room for the fold out coach. When we called down for room service, they had no one to run stuff up, we had to go
To desk to get ourselves. Very small elevator was also a challenge with having to wait on a busy holiday weekend, the hotel was packed. Our luggage cart had at least one bad wheel on it making it hard to maneuver as well.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The lobby and outside looked great. Our rooms were not cleaned properly though. There was crumbs on the floor, a rubber glove under the vanity, mold or mildew in the corners of the handicap shower, and hair on the bathroom floor still.

It was close to everything to where we could walk to it and yet if we wanted to drive, there were spots for us to park the car. Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked wonderful, but we were able to do the breakfast and that was enjoyable and free too.

I have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn expresses and I’ve always had a great experience sadly that was not the case this time. The only thing I really want is a clean hotel room. I do not think the bathroom floor was cleaned properly before we got there because of the amount of hair and dirt that we found on the floor. I went to get into bed and my sheets were stained. The last guests key card folder was still on the table when we walked in. Breakfast was not great. The gal running the breakfast was very surly and did not appreciate being asked for things. I’ve had this breakfast in Berkeley, California and it was fantastic, but that was not the case for the past two days. We were really disappointed and made the best of it because we could not get into any other hotels.

Loved the location and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding.The only issue was the air conditioner in our room which turned on and off and was hot and cold all night. The controls did not seem to work very well.

Room was dirty especially the bathroom, beds and pullout very uncomfortable and because we left a day early couldn’t get a refund because we booked thru Expedia. The experience overall was unpleasant.

Housekeeping forgot to clean a few things in our room before we checked in. And since they start removing breakfast items at least a half hour before breakfast ends, make sure you go down to eat early or you go without. Location is great!

The young woman working the desk was very vague and short, and looked down the entire time speaking to me when I asked questions about nearby shops the young man with the ponytail was polite and resourceful.

The hallway was very smelly . Our room had the same smell. The shower curtain had a mold smell. I requested a new shower 2 days in a row before I got one.

Great location right on the main high st. The rooms are ok, the stairways had carpet which didn’t look too clean. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would stay there again

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Frankenmuth, but is in desperate need of an update and refreshing. Carpets were stained, furnishings worn and overall just looked and felt like a building ready for a remodel. Pleasant check in staff and spacious rooms. With some updating, this could really be a winner!

The swim towels were very small, the breakfast was less than expected, no juice at all the second morning. The staff were not particularly welcoming. Room smelled like smoke even though the hotel was smoke free. Staff on the second day was better giving us coupons and information on the sites to visit
