It was across street from the beach.

Room stunk like it wasn't aired out after being closed all winter. I unpacked and was ready to relax, the smoke detector starts chirping. I took it down, (60 years old climbing on a flimsy plastic chair) walked to the office, and asked the person at the desk to handle it. He took it, then hands it back and said here ya go. It was a disposable kind, and he didn't even turn it off before handing it to me. I had to re-hang it. It started chirping again so I shoved it in the drawer, Another detector started a high pitch chirp I took it down and it had 2 different kinds of OLD batteries I guess they just found in a drawer. I left them on the table IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW so they saw it and fixed it. Same ones hung again. Then they told me I did it because I was smoking in the room. No, I live in a smoke free building. I sit outside, have a half a cigarette, put it out. There were no trash cans outside. I looked around the whole front and side area near my half of the building and nothing. Because it was windy I brought the ash tray in. They said they considered that smoking in the room and woman cleaning will decide if it stinks. I said it smells BETTER than when I checked in because I brought in my spray cleaner from the car and the place is cleaner than when I checked in. (Mrs Meyers Clean Day to the rescue). They refuse to give me a detailed receipt. I called from home and said there's extra charged to my card & got "at least we're not charging you for smoking".

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Melanie checked us in, she was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and stocked with fresh towels, dishes & utensils. We will definitely visit again next season.

I booked a 2 room condo and the room was given away, I booked for 2 people on line and was going to pay for the 2 extra people upon check in but they did not give me the room I booked, I was put in a small 1 bedroom with plastic outdoor table and folding old chairs and the 1 air conditioner did not work well and was not in the bedroom, it had a ceiling fan that only worked when the bright light was on so how are we to sleep. I asked for another room and the owner had an attitude and finally gave me another room under the steps with no view and no outdoor chairs when they had plenty of vacancies. the place was not what it was years ago. They put us in the no view room it seemed for spite. I was charged almost $400 a night for a terrible room again with plastic tables, no tv in the bedroom and again ceiling fan that only works when the light is on. I will never go back

I was really pleased with nice condition and comfort of the room I was given… the motel itself was a nice place to stay and close by the beach..

Check in was nonexistent. No one at the counter guy comes from the back. Takes my name and informs me I will now have (2) rooms instead of the large room I booked there were * of us and we wanted to be in one big room. No instructions nothing. Rooms are outdated and not clean. I get it we are in Wildwood, and you should be outside, and this is just a place to lay your head but seriously now could have been better. Pool is locked at 7 and the hotel employee locks up and leaves. And you are on your own. Really nowhere to sit couple of plastic chairs outside your room. Pool was nice though. Again, for the money they charge and the location they have this could have been so much better. This is a one and done for me.

Horrible customer service, charged us a totally different amount of money. I was under the impression that children under 14 were free. They also stated on there website that any additional children was 20 and they charged 35 for additional children. The overall cleanliness wasn't terrible but the guy the owner was very rude would never stay there again. Big fat F

We had a very nice weekend staying at the alante. Check in was quick and easy and room was nice and clean. Will definately be coming back again!

The Alante is super clean, quiet and has a friendly and professional staff that is customer service oriented. Parking is free in their lot; Ocean view is fantastic !!! Rates are reasonable for being on the beachfront.

i loved that everything was clean , the two downfalls no ice machine, and he could not control the fighting that went on almost all night long. and then started again in the morning .

I stayed here for one night for a mini get away, I spent hours looking for a place to stay because of the terrible reviews other motels had. We stayed in 201, beautiful view right by the beach, our room was so clean, smelled really good as we entered our room. I couldn’t be more happy with finding this motel! Will be back for future beach trips to this location!

Great family ran motel. Location was a plus across from beach access. Our room was a Queen studio w/a futon for additional sleeping. We had a view of the pool & ocean. We had minor issue turning on our shower which needs a new fixture to maybe resolve the issue. Otherwise most everything in the room was new & clean. If you need additional bath towels or blankets be sure & ask before 7pm because the front desk is closed after 7; so we didn’t have a blanket, for our first night, for the futon. The room could use more outlets for the coffee pot & toaster. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was spotless even with a busy the busy July season. Over all the issues where minor and we’d definitely stay here again.

The property was quiet and close to restaurants and the boardwalk. The room was clean except for the bed. When we got into the bed at the very end of the bed there was sand/dirt between the sheets. Left a creepy feeling that the sheets were not changed.

The room and property were immaculate! Air was cold, shower hot and the ocean view awesome.

The property was across from the beach so the view was amazing. slept with the windows open (turned the AC off), because the weather was cooler & very comfortable Could still hear the ocean over the waterfall in the pool. a nice sound to sleep to :)

The rooms were brand new or at least my room was, it was a large studio. Right at the beach everyone was nice. However they could use more lighting in the room and a much larger television and there are opportunities for better use of the space. But otherwise great stay I’m just particular

Well maintained clean friendly staff

Found this place by accident but loved everything about it! Super clean, convenient with great amenities. Heated pool was amazing. It was quiet while we were there and had a low-key family vibe. Owner very nice and accommodating! We will definitely be returning!
