We were passing thru. The beds were very comfy. Our room was spacious and in good condition. Great breakfast.

The hotel was very nice, with nice updated furniture. Very clean. Large TV in your room. Indoor pool and the late checkout time of noon was nice. The only negative was being charged a $35.00 fee for incidentals. I'm ok with putting a credit card on file for any damages I may cause, but being charged money on top of the agreed upon price online was a cheap shot at my wallet.

I am satisfied more than enough for the greeting and the state of the hotel but there is a but... I was unfortunate enough te reserve a room that has been plastered/ sanded ans painted very recently. The post work clean -up was not up to my standard. Got exzema rashes fron the dusty sheets and allergies fron the AC prefilters I decided to clean myself and the duuuust.. from the rug to the shelves ans facecloth omg. Otherwise super well maintained and confortable plus quiet

There was a light shining directly into our room from the outside back of the building. No curtains just a shade made it impossible to make the room dark.

Very friendly staff, checked in a couple hours early even! Room was extremely large with a long desk that my grandchild loved. Plenty of room for her toys and electronics. The pull out bed was horrible but most are. Very nice pool and patio area

Typical Hampton quality but this one could use an update. The bathtub had rust stains and you could tell it’s an older Hampton. Still, it was clean, people were friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Came her to watch my son play in the NYPD FINEST against Roanoke Rampage championship game at Salem Stadium. Finest won! Stay at this hotel was awesome. Finally staff well-maintained. Nice pool. Free breakfast was good. Rooms are large and beds were comfortable. Free parking.
I would stay here again.

The staff was great, and the room was great.
My only complaints are 1. I travel for business and the room is dark. The needs to be at least 1 business work light. 2 on 5/1 the breakfast staff was approximately 1 hour late.

When checking in, another guest called 911 3x's... So I felt unsafe! The front desk person took flight attendants in before completing our 3 rooms. Our prepaid room (on our company cc) We had 3 rooms booked at the same time. We were on different floors. Each of us had to pay a $35 no refundable fee... Don't know for what or why???
My Room door had a note that said someone would have to access my room to measure for curtains at some point the next day. (Why couldn't this be done after I checked out by 12) The mattress was uncomfortable the pillows need to be replaced! The bathtub felt like I was laying on concreate and rocks.

Housekeeping needs to step up a bit. We stayed here twice on the same trip. On the way down, room had no soap, no phone and no towels. On the way back, the room booked had no towels or soaps. In both cases, we called the front desk and went down and got the items.

My overall stay has been horrible. The level of customer service I received has be abysmal!!! Fire alarms blaring all day without prior notice. Room downgraded even after reserving online. Computer was down during check in 30 min wait. I could continue but why. Marriott here we come .

We had to check in after midnight on 1/27/24 and were able to get an airport shuttle quickly. Kendra at the front desk was great. Thanks!
