Just finished a 2 night stay. The hotel is very small, only 2 stories byt has plenty of parking. It was VERY clean and had friendly staff. Beds were comfortable but rooms warm at night, even with the air running. Would stay here again for a quick work trip but not for a family vacation

Room seemed clean. Front desk clerk was unfriendly. No microwave in room.

I arrived the hotel at 2 am due to a medical emergency on the plane. There was no night manager at the front desk. After 20 min I called BW Cust. Svc. They were wonderful. The manager appeared about 50 minutes after I arrived. The key to my room kept disarming I had to replace it 3 times during my stay and I have several bug bites either from the room or the pool area :(

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Bed a little too firm for me but still comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Comfortable chairs and big refrigerator. Breakfast decent with lots of choices. We will likely return again!

The front desk staff is INCREDIBLY rude and unknowledgeable. I booked this hotel through Expedia, however when I arrived, the guy at the front desk told me there was no such reservation. I then provided him with the reservation/confirmation number and he told me he didn’t know how to do any of that and maybe I can call Expedia at a later time and get them to call in with my reservation. He then told me the nightly rates for the next two nights and asked if I just wanted to book through them. I said sure because it was late and I really didn’t have a choice, so I paid extra. When we arrived in our room, there were half filled water bottles next to the TV, as if the staff forgot to clean them up. I inspected the beds and linens and they all appeared to be clean. There were 4 of us, and there were only 3 towels provided, so we went to the front desk to ask for an extra pillow and more towels. We were told that we had to wait until the morning for house keeping to get those items. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that couldn’t simply hand me a towel to accommodate how many were in our room. The pool was disgustingly dirty and unkept, and the back door entrance door didnt close and lock properly, so you could walk right in. We actually ended up extending our trip; but left and stayed elsewhere. I will never frequent this hotel again and I urge you to do the same.
