The staff were friendly. The breakfast had nice options and was tasty. The hotel was close to Roosevelt National Park North.

So clean and comfy beds. I had problems at check in, the front desk employee was rude, didn’t explain anything, told me my payment was declined but gave no explanation, I showed her that the payment came out of my account & she just shrugged her shoulders. Went to my room & my key cards didn’t work, three separate times I had to go ask for a new key card.

Very clean and very quiet. Breakfast was a good selection. The breakfast room bright and very clean.
A bit hard to get into the hotel off the Main Street but will improve once construction done.

I have stayed at a lot of Comfort Inns and this motel was the worst.

Disappointing that there wasn’t a pool, my daughter was frustrated. Room was spacious, clean. My daughter enjoyed the pull out couch. Breakfast was great, loved that they had lemon water at all times. Check in was fine, receptionist wasn’t able to change the credit card we had on file and was supposed to have someone call us which never happened, but were able to get it fixed at check out.

Staff`was welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean with the staff constantly cleaning and replenishing items.

It was a nice motel for what we needed. Staff was very polite and they were very professional. Check in was prompt.

The staff is very professional and that reflects in the motel. The motel was spotless the rooms were clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable, the towels were the softest I ever had in a motel. The breakfasts had a very nice variety to choose from. I would highly recommend this motel and will not hesitate to stay there again.

Free breakfast in the morning, however wasn't really maintained (i.e. only spoons (no forks or knifes), no syrup for waffles, maybe there was supposed to be hot food? heating tray with nothing in it. Nobody tended to the area the entire time i was there. I guess to be expected with free breakfast :)

Very helpful & friendly staff. Very comfortable place after a long & tiring ride(motorcyle) in the rain.

Modern, clean, friendly staff. Coffee bar was nice but even the bold coffee was weak. We left too early both day due to plans so can’t review the meal but I was told they do have hot breakfast (post covid)

Other than the rooms are not sound proof and we had to call the front desk at 1 AM to have the get our neighbor to turn off his LOUD tv....our only other complaint would be that housekeeping comes around early.

The attendant was nice chatty young lady even at the later hour of arrival and the room was clean quiet and comfortable.
