Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, couldn't fault anything. Highly recommend

10/10 experience. Im usually too lazy to write a review but i had such an amazing time during a short 2d stay here with my brother. We landed after midnight, which i let the hotel know only the day of arrival (due to my own mixup). The hotel sorted out transfer promptly and left us a generous cold cut/cheese platter each in the room! Much appreciated meal especially given the time of day. We weren’t blessed with the best weather during our stay but the team helped calling boat tour operator for us (saved us buying tickets in vain) and shuffled the rooms the next day so we could check out very late. I only managed to catch Dubraka’s name (and she is an angel) but every single staff member has been incredibly warm and helpful. Thank you so so much!!

I don’t know where to begin!! Our stay at Hotel Supetar was simply perfect!! Our room was beautiful and spacious! Our bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in while away on vacation. The food was magnificent! Wonderful breakfast buffet and many made to order options. Dinner at the restaurant was magical! Delicious food and exceptional service! But I have to say the extraordinary staff is what truly sets this hotel apart from many other 5 star hotels. Davor, the hotel manager, was just awesome!! He goes above and beyond to make his guests feel special! Dubrovka, Stanka, and Chris at the front desk were all fabulous and so kind and helpful. The restaurant manager Josip was the best! He made every dining experience perfect and was so warm and welcoming! Carolina and Jeronimo in the restaurant were so lovely and gave just wonderful service! I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, the people, and the gorgeous town of Cavtat! We cannot wait to return!!!

The staff is among the most friendly, helpful, and efficient I’ve ever encountered. Rooms are wonderfully decorated. And they do things that seem little but really make you feel pampered — like leaving various devious candied fruits in the room every day. Simply wonderful experience.

This place is truly wonderful. Refurbished only in June this year it is completely spotless. But really its the staff that make this place so wonderful. They cant do enough for you. Kristen in front desk and Andrej im the restaurant are both super. I didn’t catch everyone’s names but all staff live up to this same standard. Its a small hotel with only 16 rooms which makes it feel so private and relaxing. We can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful boutique hotel in lovely Cavtat. Staff so friendly and attentative and could not do enough for you to ensure you had the best time. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Simply stunning. Beautiful location, close to restaurants and beaches. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Private and quiet pool and drinks area. The hotel is done beautifully and the food is exactly what you could want. An hours boat ride from Dubrovnik, but Cavtat is so picturesque and has everything you need, so you wont find yourself going too much!

This may be my new favorite hotel. The staff are wonderful. The property has been recently renovated and is incredibly stylish. The location is perfect. The restaurant onsite is the best in the town. The food is delicious and creative with beautiful presentation.

Great location, friendly staff. Amenities include pool/beach at sister property and airport transportation charged to the room. One minor downside- no elevator.

Staff were excellent, polite, helpful and friendly.I cant say I disliked anything.

staff were excellent and very helpful we were a group and celebrating a birthday and the Hotel staff contributed greatly and did us proud. For us the position of Hotel was perfect some of the rooms were small and basic ,but clean and acceptable for a enjoyable stay. Great breakfast and food in general was good.

Plumbing and electrical fittings seemed to be rather old and rather defective.

Great location. Hotel was excellent! Staff and services awesome. Bonus to be able to use facilities at sister hotel - Hotel Croatia as well. Definitely recommend.

Pros: 1.Hotel was in prime position. 2. Had wonderful customer facing staff , particularly Maya on reception who was so charming and helpful and the cleaners did a fantastic job. Cons: 1) Unfortunately this Hotel was very tired(more 2 star than the advertised 3), in need of renovation. 2) Rooms were too cramped, couldnt open wardrobe doors properly, kept catching legs and toes on bed edges while manoeuvring round due to cramped conditions, en-suite, whilst clean, had glass shelf just above the sink which I hit my head on whilst using the sink. 3) In restaurant breakfast was plentiful and good choices but hot food...was not! Only displayed menu for dinner was for veggie/vegan food, had to ask if there were other choices. There was, but no sign of other menu inside or outside of hotel.Considering this was a sister hotel to the 5 star Hotel Croatia also in Cavtat where we were permitted to use their facilities, it seemed more of a poor relation.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and such a great value. The hotel is very homey and charming. While the rooms are a bit small and may not have the most modern amenities, everything was super clean, the people were very kind, and customer service was great. Best of all, it was in a very good location. What more can you ask for?

A little old-fashioned with oddly configured rooms but friendly, comfortable and well looked after. Good location at end of waterfront with restaurant overlooking the sea - perfect for breakfast.

The main plus point is the location. The breakfast is very good with a hot food cooked to order rather than a buffet and served on a lovely terrace in good weather. The room is quite bijou but perfectly adequate for a short stay or if youre planning to be mostly out.The bathroom is fine but tiny.

Fantastic location in the old town with ability to use the beach bar and lounge on the opposite side of the bay. Good breakfast and good service. Let down by decor which needs updating and size of double room - too small to be really comfortable.
