This hotel somehow has a 4 star rating and thus the price tag to match, I would say that it would be lucky to obtain a 1 star on a good day; staff have no concept of service, you need to ask for the simplest of things and the facilities are extremely poorly maintained. I would have rather stayed at the airport on a bench had I known and paid $200+ for the night !

Very good experience, helpfull, pleasant and cheerful staff who were willing to go the extra mile to give good service and great recommendations for a family day out.The Restaurant was generally good, but the menu is limited and the final meal with still frozen Samosas and greasy warmed up Shawarma marred an otherwise excellent stay.The hotel itself is generally good with pleasant reception, bar, lounge pool and restaurant areas although the original rooms are a little small. Newer rooms are excellent.Overall a very good stay which is only off of excellent due to the final meal and the standard of housekeeping.

Liked this hotel but only problem was the safe in the room was broken service was good thanks to Michael who gave us anything we asked for the management were very attentive thanks all for a great visit

When I checked in nobody had a clue about my booking.However, the manager came in and sorted everything out.But as they were fully booked the room they afforded me was a little in need of upgrading.They looked after me very well and the manager often checked in with me.
