Pros: Courteous staff, clean room, comfortable bed, was nice to be able to sit on the comfortable couch or sit in bed to watch tv, the shower handle was on the opposite wall of the shower head so it was nice not to get blasted with cold water! Easy on and off of freeway.

I have stayed here at least five times; the staff have always been knowledgeable and ready to help. The rooms are clean and well laid out. They are dedicated to service

We paid a little extra so we could hot tub, however the hot tub could only fit 4, was luke warm and no air flow or bubbles.. The pool was also small and there were no towels available for when we got out. Other than that, bed was comfy, nice linens, clean, and good hot breakfast. It was on the industrial and western side of Wichita, so no good views.

We really enjoyed our stay! Not in the best area- make sure to keep valuables out of your car. We didn't have any problems, but it can be one.

Beds comfortable, staff nice enough. Pool was very cold, hot tub was green and jets didn't work. Sink in our room was cracked in half with an attempt at mending, but it didn't leak. Shower head was horrible but the pressure and temperature was good, and it was nice having shower amenities provided and plenty of towels.
Breakfast was okay, coffee was good and hot.

The bathroom door is see-through, doesn't lock, or close all the way. Terrible design.
The desk has moving glass doors that rattle every time someone moves in the room.

Tv wouldn’t turn off. Kept a blue screen all night. Light shining through glass bathroom door into bedroom shone right onto the bed waking me when anyone used the bathroom after bedtime.

We had a great experience here. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and quick, the room was clean and bed was cozy. Only heard a couple of airplanes. Very pleased and would stay again.

This may have been the worst Bonvoy Marriot I've ever visited. But the real issue was that the "manager" never even followed up with my request to discuss the problems (i.e., toilet handle fell off and shower head plugged with sediment)
The wifi was down the entire stay which made me have to work at a Starbucks. Even the staff at the front desk acknowledged the wifi being down.
This place is sad. Go elsewhere.

On Saturday took the family to the pool and it was filthy. There were bugs and hair floating in the pool along with a dirt film on the top of the pool. It wasn’t blue it was brown water. Towards the deep end it smelt like fish. During our short time at the pool there was another couple in the hot tub having sex I went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it so I had to take my eight-year-old and two year-old and 13 year-old out of the pool because it was inappropriate for them to see.

Room was okay except late at night with the people above us sounded like they were running laps all night called down to front desk twice with no help
pool area was terrible...kids not supervised and throwing towels in the pool and hot tub.....our daughter cut her foot because kids threw goggles and no one cleaned the mess up.....staff was in there twice before and never stopped the kids or spoke to their parents that were sitting in the patio off the pool with the door open.....after daughter cut her foot we called service desk and someone came to clean up the mess but instead of sweeping he picked it up with gloves hand and left half of it....for our kids safety we just left the pool area.....when made the reservation made for family of six...only three towel sets in room....called down for me and they never brought them.....next time i will rent two rooms and a hotel then stay here....awful

It said check in was at 3 but they didn’t have my room ready till 3:30. They told me they would call me when it was ready but never did. I went up there to check on the room and they had to move me to a different room that was ready. Other than that everything was good

The pool was rather small for the size of the hotel but everything else was really nice. I will say that we watched one of your employees pull up to work Saturday morning, pull right into a handicap parking spot, got easily out of her car and went inside, right to work behind the register. WHAT . . . why did she use a handicap slot. I was very shocked at this.

My room was next to the kitchen and it sounded like people was constantly knocking on my door all day long and around 4 in the morning. Also my card was charged $20 twice for no reason. I would go back as long as I'm not in the same room and the charges get resolved.

The rooms are modern and nicely laid out. The room was clean as was the hallways, lobby and pool area. My only complaints would be the location. It's on a frontage road and is fairly difficult to get to no matter what direction you're coming from if you're using GPS. I abandoned GPS and just went old school and figured out how to get there without it.
