Well situated and walkable to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Clean and staff/owners were accessible and willing to help when needed. Very safe, and check in/out was easy.

Cute and clean property near center with plenty of restaurants and shops right outside the door. Walking distance to beautiful beaches. Parking on nearby street can be tricky to find but doable. Tourist tax is only payable by cash and was collected at check out, which was inconvenient as they weren't able to make change.

A little bit cold so a blanket in each room would be great and when you clean dont leave windows open.

The guesthouse could not be in a better location. Needless to mention the cleanliness of the place. The only thing is if you do get rooms on the street side and want to keep your windows open at night it can get noisy. But once you close the windows it’s fine. I would definitely stay there again but request the back side rooms.

It was very good for the price. Room very small, but very good location.

In the heart of Ericeira, cute guesthouse with wonderful staff. Very happy with our stay.

family feel in the super centre of Ericeira! Every room is slightly different and this makes the place even more unique! Great Staff and very convenient with parking, restaurants and supermarkets very close by!

We stayed in the top floor attic room which was nice and clean however probably not suited for people who are taller than average (the other rooms are probably fine). Treat this more like a B&B rather than a hotel but the facilities were to a good standard. You may hear people just outside your door a little but again it’s a B&B so to be expected. The best aspect is the location. The location is stunning, literally right next to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants so cannot complain. There are bars also in which the people can spill onto the street so during the weekend it can be a bit noisy so maybe not suited for light sleepers. My girlfriend and I had a lovely time and pleasantly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, right in the centre of town and close to the beach. Overall it was a great hotel and we would definitely stay here again. There is no parking on site and although there is parking on the street nearby which is cheap, it can be very hard to get a park as it is so busy. We stayed in room 31 which is on the top level and found it challenging to deal with the slope of the roof as we had to bend down to get in and out of the bed. The staff are wonderful and so friendly plus everything is clean and fresh. Very handy to have a kitchenette and the styling of the property and the room is very cute. Great value for money and highly recommended :-)

The bathroom is unacceptable and needs updating urgently

Very friendly owner/receptionist. Checked me in pretty quickly. Room, unfortunately, was not like it was represented in the photos (i.e., the photos technically were correct but the angles made the room and bathroom look much different than they were in reality). The bathroom was extremely small and open to the bedroom (no door). Getting to sit on the toilet was a challenge since the sink kind of overlaps it. Breakfast in bed was nice at an extra EUR5. For the price, Im not sure Id stay here again - better values to be found.

We were moments from the main square, a stone's throw for alleys riddled with eateries, shops and bars, and the glorious beaches were less than 5 minutes walk. What more could you ask for other than sun - but we got that too! The stairs are a little precarious on the way in after a bit of vino, but mostly there was always someone at reception to answer questions and give guidance. the room was nice, the bathroom a little dark and finding a dress mirror a bit of a challenge but should the need arise I'd certainly go back. We were there for a wedding, so a number of us were staying there at once. It was great we were also all located on the same floor.
