It was quiet comfortable very central it was a place I will stay again

Very clean and tidy room with all the basic amenities. The mini fridge and microwave were surely a bonus for a motel.

It’s an older motel but the clerk was great and the room was clean. The bed was a little too firm for my taste but I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

What I liked, they accommodate dogs.
The beds were lumpy, shower curtain was stained. The area in front of our room was nasty and muddy.
Although there was a nice grassy area with flowers on the property.
The counter staff was welcoming!

Disappointing the pool was not in service as this was a reason for the booking. Since third party booked through Expedia there is no recourse or discount given for lack of services advertised.

All of it was great. Nice residential area. Quiet at night, great blackout blinds that let zero light in, quaint motel style but clean with good sized small fridge and microwave. Good size room. Highly recommend.

I had the best sleep the rooms are very sound proof so no highway noise like the fancy expensive hotels I’ve stayed in here. The beds are very comfortable and it was a very peaceful place. The lady that checked us in was lovely and very helpful with any questions I had. Very central so you can walk anywhere, It felt like small town service in a big city!

We (me, my husband and our small dog) were travelling from Edmonton to Vancouver Island and booked the motel as our stopping point in between.
We were delayed behind a traffic accident at Revelstoke for over 3 1/2 hours and were going to miss the 9 PM check in. We were in contact with the management via text and they were very gracious having first said they would stay in the office until midnight and when we weren’t going to make that they gave us instructions on how to check ourselves in and said they’d leave our room light on for us!
After an exhausting 14 hours on the road, finding a clean room with comfy beds was EVERYTHING!

The location was very central to all our needs and parking was convenient. The staff were very courteous and friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

The rooms were tired and stank of smoke despite apparently being non smoking rooms.

Third time staying here. Great for a night or two. It is not right downtown so you have to drive or bus to get to shops and activities. Nice and relatively quiet considering it is on a major route. Has a pool, BBQ and a few picnic tables and seating area. Coffee machine, mini-fridge and microwave -would love to have a kettle in the room tho (tea just doesn't taste great through a coffee machine), Very pleasant check in

This motel was a really nice stay. An outdoor swim on a hot day was enjoyable. The bathroom was tiny. Outdoor picnic tables were being used. I would stay here again.

I didn’t even check in as area was unsafe with street/ addiction type people in area with parking limited to 2 separate lots ( both unsecured) at $10 per night with one being 2 blocks away

Beds and pillows are great, pool is great. Room smells and very dated, sink and shower are awkward and the shower doesn’t work unless you figure out the secret. Ok for one night quick stay but otherwise no.

Check in was seamless. We were welcomed to a very well kept room. It smelled clean and was very tidy. Amenities all close by. Parking lot was large and spotless. The pool was well kept and despite the hot day there were shaded pool chairs. Our kids loved it. The office sells snacks and trinkets. We bbq'd steaks in the evening. The grills and tables were clean and well kept. We would absolutely stay here again. One of the best little older motels we've stayed at!

The front desk check in person was very nice and helpful. The location was close to main road, but not walking distance to town. The floor was a bit dirty- as you might expect for motel. Did have a microwave and fridge, but other wise no frills- had to ask for ice and only one coffee pod provided. Bed was comfortable. Good for a one night stay. I would prefer something closer to the park in town. The park is amazing.

Glad to see a pet friendly property but when you have to cross a road, sometimes late at night, to walk a pet in a park that’s not well lit?, that’s a bit scary. With the amount of dogs staying at the property that we saw, it would be fair for the proprietor to consider a small area where pets could be walked without having to leave the property. Other than that, an ok place to stay.
