I stayed there with my daughter for 12nigth,and I only can say good thing about the hotel,we had a amazing view,the bed was very confortebly wich for me its really importante,the food was amazing, and the personal are incredible nice,I'll be allways greatfull to them the way they help me with my not delivery luggage at the airport, they were sow helpfull,help me solving this problem for two day's.

Porte communicante de la chambre ouverte+nettoyage n'a pas été fait+pas d'eau potable ni dans la chambre ni au petit dejeuner il fallait payer+j'ai payé à l'arrivée mais je n'ai pas eu ma facture (pendant 3 jours j'ai demandé) +parking sur le trottoir+il y a quelques employés sympa!

The wifi didn't work at all even in the lobby..the remote for the t.v. didn't change the channel..the air conditioner was not good..no bidet..kind of outdated..No fridge..the area of the beach was very rocky..nothing fun to do..the only good thing was the pool and the view from our room was good..and the staff were very polite..the restaurant Blackstone next to the hotel was great..

No internet. Breakfast is not eatable sometimes... same menu all the time. Cleaning of tables is not a stiller.

Near center of the city and on the beach. Great rooms with balcony good food excellent staff and services. Swimming pool with specious lobby with live music nightly. Good to be away from crowded city. It’s my choice hotel in Tunisia

The staff was mostly nice . You have to admit the price is attractive, but the most disappointing part is the AC. When we arrived it was broken but even when it was fixed you cannot stay in the room during the day and at night not comfortable. This is not acceptable for a 3 star hotel. We were a group of people and all the rooms in the different floor were too hot. The hotel is not Muslim friendly: no water hose by the toilet! So avoid this hotel in Summer.

We enjoyed our stay here, thought it would be a lot worse because of past reviews but for what we paid we thought it was pretty good. The staff were friendly and the meals were acceptable. The only downside was the bedding could have been cleaner and the smell of cigarette throughout the hotel was very strong for a non smoking couple. But we were pleased with our stay- thank you!

There were problems at first, like no wifi in the room and bad AC. I told the front desk and they moved me to a different room. The new room had wifi and better AC. It was a comfortable stay. The price I paid at arrival seemed to be more than it said online.

Relaxing stay , budget hotel , mainly Russians and Algerians . Check in was quick so was the check out. Friendly staff and close to an array of amenities the beach is gorgeous and safe with security around the place.

The hotel was dirty and obviously poorly maintained for several years... Many services mentioned in the description were no longer accesible. The hotel reception was very unresponsive to some of our problems (we had to wait two days to get our own key of the room, we found once our door opened with no convincing explanation about it)... Though was the cleaning staf adorable. To bd avoided.

We had the suite 320. It was a suite, not a single room.The suite 320 was beautiful.The hotel is small. There are not many parking spaces.The hotel is clean.The staff is nice.This remains a 3 star (Tunisian). You must be aware.We took accommodation and breakfast only. The breakfast was not great.In my case I had a satisfactory night (20/07/2016).
