Nice breakfast

Great service.

The room felt damp. The sheets were damp feeling and it had a musty smell.

We loved the staff they were so amazing 😍. We would stay here again and again. Anytime you asked or spoke to the staff they were always laughing or smiling easily could get an answer or find it. I think the manager is a lady with short brown hair older she was so lovely. She directed not bossed her staff and just was a good wholesome person. It was very peaceful and even when it was at max there was nothing those staff missed. Our room was amazingly clean and the little Latino lady that did the breakfast was all on top of it. There had to be 30 people in there at one time and she just kept bringing food with a smile and laughed with everyone in there. I would stay here anytime we are visiting. The housekeeping staff did great our room was amazing and smelled so good Everytime we came back after they cleaned. The maintace guys were working there bottom sides off and did it with a smile Everytime we seen them. Our visit was 4 days and we couldn't of found a better place to stay so thank you to all of them and we truly appreciated such a comfortable stay

I had booked for a double bed and they gave me a single bedi asked to have my room changed and they said they had no more rooms available.

Staff very friendly made you feel at home. Breakfast was great especially the bacon. We stayed to float the Illinois river.

It was ok. We were disappointed after checking in to find out the pool was closed. That was one our reasons for picking it.

Hotel was nice and everything power did go out for a couple hours in the morning though

The room was not stocked. Towels..toiletries. nada. We lost power in the morning. I fell down the stairs because they had no emergency lights. The front desk offered no apology and no first aid for the cuts. They also refused to help carry down the heavier bags.. highly do not recommend

My experiences sucked

Excellent check in and stay, staff is the best part about this hotel, they go above and beyond! Breakfast is wonderful also. Couple items needed replacement/repair (desk chair, bath door does not fully close or lock) but everything was clean and comfortable.

I had issue with my room , like I got out of the shower and no towels . Yes I forgot to check. The staff did waist my time with excuses the young man just got me what I needed and ensured everything else was taken care of . Outstanding customer service.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. It was quiet and there is a Cracker Barrel less than a block away. It was a perfect stop along or road trip.

The bed was not Comfortable what so ever

We stayed a couple of nights and thought the stay was fine. Staff was very polite and overall location was kept up and clean. Area is nearby to stores and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the toilet running continuously and both outside and inside was a bit noisy at times. I would stay here again.

The only thing that kept me from five stars was there were no rugs on the floor. I get it for cleanliness, but it was -28 outside and my feet were cold stepping out of bed the next morning. Otherwise a great place. Breakfast was very versatile and cooked well. Staff was very approachable. The bed was very comfortable

Great facility in a very convenient location. Staff was very friendly.

The staff, including the gentleman who did the breakfast layout, was as friendly as can be. The room was very clean. The breakfast bar was well stocked, with the hot food being hot and the cold selections cold, just the way it should be.

It was a great place to stay, and we will stay there in the future.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was so noisy we barely slept. You could hear every step the people above us made. There’s no carpet in the rooms, which is good for cleanliness but horrible for sound.
