Good stay overall, the only negative thing was a small blood stain on the pull out mattress for the couch. Pretty gross, they had to have seen it as there was no bedding on the mattress when we pulled it out.

We arrived late and by the time we got to the hotel, you (hotel.com) had a little problem with the hotel receiving your money that I already paid for the room. VERY INCONVENIENT for me and my family members. We don’t get into our room until 11:45pm and I arrived at 11:07pm. Was extremely tired after a 3 hour trip.

Very nice, spacious room with a side room containing a large sofa, an area for coffee making and a large desk for business work. Bathroom very large, nice shower and sink area. Thermostat on the wall for air or heat adjustments although it seemed to be programmed at certain daytime and nighttime settings. Maybe it could have been adjusted manually? We never found out. Nice eating area and good breakfast. All at a very reasonable price! Great stay!

The room are nice. The pool was fridged. The bar and food service after breakfast non existent. Breakfast was ok.

I noticed a fair amount of dust on the shelves, but I was willing to overlook it. But there was MOLD IN THE BATHROOM! A lot of mold in several places. It looked like the room had been completely neglected for awhile and not cleaned properly the last time it was cleaned. The floor was dirty. I won’t be back here again.

This is a very nice property to stay at. We had a very quiet and comfortable stay. The staff were very attentive to our needs. It is very convenient to many restaurants and stores. The complimentary breakfast was great. The room and bathroom were spacious and well maintained.

This was a wonderful find. The hotel feels brand new and our handicapped room (all that was available) was enormous. Lots of restaurants and shopping minutes away. A great value!

The front desk associate was very helpful and kind. The entire hotel smells very clean, and our room was clean when we arrived. We tried out the pool, and although the area was a bit small, it was still a clean and safe area.

The rooms are very large and have many options for sitting and relaxing in the room such as a couch, desk area, and beds. There are 2 sinks in the room and a small refrigerator which was very convenient. The free breakfast was actually very good. Check in / check out process was easy and fast. No complaints or issues at all!
