The staff was pleasant, the facilities were decent, the bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was convenient. The breakfast was decent, and it was a 30 min bus ride into the french quarter. The TV did not work, the room was cleaned up but not clean, and the phone wasnt plugged into a phone line.

My family and I traveled from Mississippi to spend the weekend in New Orleans. When we got to Ramada Inn, The first room they gave us upstairs. The room key did not work, so I return back to the lobby which was downstairs and get another key and realized the young lady was in training, trying to teach herself while the actual manager sat in the office to a room on the side, behind the desk on her phone and watching tv. Once another set of keys were made, we got in the room and one of the beds had no box spring, that when my relative sat down on the bed, it folded in half. I go back to the lobby and adv of another room. They gave me another room upstairs again, when we got to that room, the key didn’t work so I had to walk back down stairs due to no elevator back to the lobby for another key. At that room both of those beds had no box springs. By this time, my family is irritated. I went back down to the lobby got the young lady doing the Keys so she could see all that is going on, as we sat on the beds. I asked the manager if we could get another room closer so we don’t continue to have to walk back and forth upstairs. She said No, that they were all reserved. The 4th room they gave us was not cleaned at that time, All of 3 of us in the family went to the lobby, and the manager then gave us a room at the bottom after I stated to her, I thought you didn’t have any rooms to give on the first floor, she adv “well since y’all having so much trouble.. the experience was horrible.

My first room was dirty and the 2nd room I had, had burns in the cover and also the covers were dirty. I did like the area and the pool also the breakfast but both rooms were dirty but yes I did settle due to not having anymore available rooms.

The room was dirty had either blood stains or poop on the walls there was roaches in the bathroom and bugs in the beds. It also smelt like mold and urine . Also there was no restaurant or bar on site as advertised and the front desk said the bar was closed cause the bartender lost his liquor license. Also it’s not close to the port as advertised it’s more than 40 minutes away

WiFi was not working TVs was not working Was not able to access the pool Had to go out to get cell phone service

DO NOT BOOK, DIRTY HOTEL!!! Bugs in the bed, stains on sheets and towels. Hotel staff is rude and unprofessional. Shower was also dirty

Took hours to get anyone to answer the phone, we were arriving for a late check-in. Left a few voicemails with no return call. I had to keep calling until someone finally answered. The first room we were given was covered in mold/mildew from ceiling to floor. Management gave us another room, but then the bed didnt have a mattress protector... she retrieved one from laundry along with a couple extra blankets. The cold water wasn't working properly. Your only option for shower was lava and had to brush your teeth with warm water. Will never stay again. This place is in need of some major TLC. The night manager was nice and apologetic. BTW the breakfast only consisted of pancake batter, 3 different donuts, and yogurt cups. No hot food as advertised.

Horrible motel. We could not stay the room was so bad. The room was dirty, it smelled the bed and furnishings were old and stained

The bed I selected was not available, the beds were small and uncomfortable. The young lady that checked me I. Was very nice and respectful. However the beds are not up to par unfortunately

Need to update rooms ASAP

When we walked in the room it smelled moldy. I didn’t see any mold until I took a shower. Mold was on the ceiling in the shower. The phone wasn’t working in the room. We kept getting locked out of our room. One employer said they believe the key pad battery was going dead and she was sorry we had been going through this the 2 days. She also said someone should have changed our room. The lady came while we was gone to clean the room. They only changed the trash. Didn’t touch anything else. You have to wait to get buzzed in the gate to get to your room. Sometimes nobody was at the desk. So we had to drive to the front door to wait for someone to come. Then tell them we was trying to get to our room. Just to get to the room and still not be able to get in. I will not be staying here ever again!!! The good thing about this hotel is the employees was nice. That’s it. Limited breakfast. The employee said for breakfast it’s whatever they have back there. They never know

All of the staff were very genuine and helpful. There were no complications and everything was an easy process.

All around good experience

If staying more than one night be ready to request towels etc. There is no room turnover. It’s very loud right by a busy ramp of the interstate. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel is old but adequate. No coffee available except for breakfast hours. Breakfast consisted of a waffle and a piece of fruit and coffee. Hotel is in a horrible part of town with a drive to anywhere. No place to eat or do anything within walking distance

Several drivers said the area was crime ridden.

The room was not very clean. The floor was sticky and my socks were black on the bottom due to that. The bathroom was also not very clean at all and I had to use my own cleaning product to wipe it down.

The nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Their system sucks because they literally gave me keys to rooms that were already occupied TWICE. I ended up requesting a refund and leaving. Don’t stay hear. There was a leaky roof in one of the rooms. This hotel is a health hazard with Bucks and crackheads walking around. No thanks!

First room leaking from Toilet. Second room Air Conditioner was broken and no hot water in Shower.

I didn't like when you stay in the room twice they don't come in clean it they just don't think you need towels or make up your bed or nothing that's what I did not like

, the breakfast sucked and the floor was so dirty when i walked on it after my shower my feet were black. The shower had no water pressure .

Property is not maintained. Rooms was dirty with cobwebs and dust all over. Light in room was not working. Bed was old and uncomfortable.

Beds was 2 full size post been queen, hard mattress, ask house keeping for towels never got an ac very loud an leaked.

Hotel Room tv didn’t work at first she put me in a room where Repair work was being done no toilet paper holder second room spiderwebs behind the door no toilet paper holder All over The The ceilings were peeling very bad debris could have fallen while sleeping. The smell was so bad I could barely breathe. This is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and they denied it not acceptable to customers this way I would not recommend and I will never go back.

Room had a hold that in the door. You could see daylight outside. Toilet had to be held up for peeying . Too noisy outside while trying to sleep.

Very nice and well maintained, just wish the $50 deposit was listed on Expedia when booking the room.
