The stay was wonderful and we had q great time...quite and peaceful with lots of activities...the staff is also very polite, understanding, caring and efficent. I would like to make a special mention of the chef Mr. Hemant for the quality and amazing food...if you are there you can ask him to make your favorite continental dish for a taste..

the property is ideal for newly married or retirees or those seeking peace of mind. the staff is best,courteous and helping. more avenues for younger generation to enjoy need to be created

The stay was awesome, better than our expectations. The service, right from check-in to checkout was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The host - Sophia - made sure we had a wonderful time. The villa we booked, was perfect in terms of cleanliness, peace, and most importantly, the views and beauty around. All in all, I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone looking to spend time in the resort.

It is an amazing resort in middle of forest with a lot of facilities and friendly staff.

This was our second stay at this exceptional property in Mahabaleshwar. This place is truly magical, from the minute you step into it. Check in during covid is set up outdoor next to conveniently located seating where the elders in the family could hang out while we waiting to check in. The staff at check-in was very courteous and offered us rose-water drinks to replenish. The villas are spaced apart with plenty of privacy, and if you’d rather not walk around the property, you can easily catch a buggy ride to where you want to go. Room was a good size, albeit slightly dated. (Could use a flooring change since some parts of the bathroom and room corners were stained). The hotel has exceptional restaurants and we visited all of them on this trip. Breakfast is a majestic spread of multi-cuisine food (make sure you book a room with breakfast included). Staff at breakfast is extremely courteous and took such good care of us. We also absolutely loved our dinners here…once at Chingari, where chef Harmeet personally came out to greet us and set us off with food he chose for us! He was also around at breakfast, ensuring we were always taken care of. All other staff, Chinmoya, Devyanshi, etc were amazingly attentive too. We loved our last dinner here at Woods— a pan-Asian outdoor dining experience. We enjoyed several dishes and drinks under the trees! Our nature walk with Harsh was also noteworthy. Staff even got us a bye bye gift! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Our family stayed there for 4 nights in 3 rooms & had a great time. Rahul Singh Chauhan,Sardar Harmeet Singh,Abhitosh Dey,& Nagesh from Food& Beverages made our dining experience at Chingari really memorable. We really enjoyed.

The stay was fantastic. The hotel is highly recommended for exceptional service standards, great location, good rooms. The food is very good too. Breakfast is a lavish spread.

Vivo più di 200 giorni in alberggi perche lavore come venditore commerciale e ho prenotato questo hotel per la fine dell'anno pagando un bel po' di soldi con 2 famiglie. Dico onestamente che questo hotel non vale come qualità e prezzo pagato da noi. Il cibo è di livello medio. Come possono dire eco-friendly vedendo dentro tante cassete di plastica verde. Totalmente deluso

The property is huge so if taking elders be careful as the buggy service takes 25 minutes and the hotel mentions that too. Housekeeping wasn't so great as they would not refill fresh glasses or soap. They would take away the towels and not replace them. Ashtray would not be cleaned. They have 3 restaurants. The best I felt was Chingari as the Head chef would recommend some amazing food. Its a must try. Latest recipe restaurant is ok. Its you all time go to place. Sorry I didn't try the Woods restaurant as its an outdoor area and it opens in the evening so it was too cold. Its a good hotel but I don't feel it lived up to the Marriott standards

There was a wedding spread over all the days of our stay. No one whether it be the guests, the event manager, the staff of the event manager, decorators, drivers, etc were wearing a mask or following any safety protocol. Complained to the hotel manager but they did not do anything at all. Just gave false assurances. As a result we had to stay indoors in order to protect ourselves.

Hospitality at its best. They have done everything and more to make my family's say memorable. Smiles all around and not demand my 3yr old made was unreasonable for them. Even with the pool and the play area restrictions due to government rules the place has lots to offer. The food is just out if this world. They really work towards offering the most flavourful dishes that will keep you asking for more.

I went alone to Meridien. My room was the tranquility suite. It’s in a forest, not a great view though. The room was good but the the bathroom was gorgeous. There was a beautiful en-suite outdoor shower. Service was outstanding. Sameer khan in dining was especially attentive. Inder Dev Priyanka prakash the buggy driver and Lawrence in gym were friendly and helpful. There is a lovely forest trail in Meriden which Abhijit took me too. That was enjoyable. The bakery department was especially good. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
