Room had a nice view was clean. Upon waking in morning showered and used restroom and toilet was ready to overflow and sink and shower drained slowly . Had to turn water off to toilet to prevent overflow. Reported to office in morning when checking out .

Everything under the control of the hotel was great. It was clean, and service was very good. The incurable defect that can’t be controlled is road noise from I-84. The noise is VERY loud, and interrupted our enjoyment of the room, the deck and our sleep. As a result, we would not return.

This was a quiet way to end a busy 2-wk vacation! The Westcliff accommodations were so nice. Really enjoyed the outside balcony and back yard overseeing the river. Very peaceful setting to totally relax.

Stayed 1 night for the Roundup. Perfect ground floor so our car was right by our room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and smelled clean.

Nice views from the rooms that face the river. Definitely preferable to be on the second or third floor. The noise from the highway can be a bit loud at times. You need to drive to get to a restaurant or a coffee shop

Our room had a lovely view of the river and the beautiful garden. The balcony was in need of new outdoor carpeting. The bed was very comfy.

Property was peaceful, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, other guests were considerate, grounds were beautifully maintained and cool morning in the garden area with an overview of surf-sailors on the Columbia River was great.

The setting was wonderful on the high viewpoint of the Columbia River. We enjoyed the gardens that were in full bloom and so well taken care of. The hotel is a bit old and tired, but the setting was terrific.

Nice spacious room with everything you may need, good size fridge and microwave, 2 comfy queen beds, lots of space in the room. Next time I'll make sure to get a River view. Very close to River walk, awesome bakery, nice authentic restaurants.

Staying here was the cherry on the cake for our short trip through Oregon. My husband fell in love with Oregon courtesy of this hotel. Beautiful gardens, and a gorgeous view of the Columbia River. He wants to come back, (I grew up in this area) and spend more time enjoying everything Oregon has to offer. I am so grateful this hotel was a place where he could relax and unwind after losing his mom.
