This is a great cozy property right on the Napili beach. You can literally throw a rock in the ocean from the balcony. Ocean is so close that you will not miss a swimming pool.
The services were excellent. Rooms were very clean. All amenities were provided in the room to cook if you prefer to do so.
I'll happily go back again.

Charming two-story complex. We stayed in a corner unit. The advantage of having a corner unit was no one walked in front of our backyard patio area, so it was quite private in that sense. We could hear other visitors walking and talking, but that is the community aspect of this place. The easy beach access and outdoor showers were nice perks, as was the community area outside for lounging in the sun and grilling, though we only took advantage of the community picnic table for takeout. We also enjoyed having the airflow option between our front door and the backyard patio doors.

Great apartment hotel right at the beach with comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchens. However, the reception is unmanned for large parts of the day and there is no emergency number to get hold of the reception. For instance, our automatic lock ceased to work and we couldn't get into our room and had to wait for more than hour which is completely unacceptable. We had to rally the support of other guests, one of which was an apartment owner who had some contacts, which should not be necessary.

We had a wonderful stay at Hale Napili and will definitely stay here again. It was quiet and spacious. Kitchen was good size and was fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses that we needed. Full size refrigerator came in handy. We were always able to find parking on site. There was no extra charge for parking like all the other resorts. There is a laundry room that we could use for no charge. Really appreciated that there was laundry soap for purchase in the office and a computer available to print out boarding pass. We had our own private lanai and enjoyed breakfast there in the mornings. Also appreciated the beach towels and boogie boards that were available for use. We often sat and watched the sunset on the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. This was our home away from home and had all the amenities for a very comfortable stay!

Best place we've stayed in on Maui for a long time. Beautiful beach just steps away from our condo, very private and relaxing. Location is perfect, two restaurants walking distance, Kapalua golf courses just minutes away. Will be back next year.

Great location and perfect for relaxing. The room was very comfortable with nice decor. We barely used the Air conditioner. So much natural ventilation in each room. Has a very nice boutique hotel vibe.

This place is so cute and awesome! The atmosphere is calm and quiet with a note of romantic ;) It’s located right on the beautiful Napili beach! I’ve never lived closer to the water! The beach has a big waves at one side and very calm water where you can just swim and snorkel on the other one. The room was very clean and detailed (even engraved silverware). Brian was super helpful man, who started to take care of us when we where still home yet! He will get anything you need to have a great stay! Honestly, I don’t really want to advertise this property just because I want to have it available for myself when I’ll come next time :)

Everything was amazing at hale napili. Jamie who welcomed us was so nice and took us for a tour around the place. The rooms are so clean and a lot of space. The sunset is amazing. You can also use the barbeque whenever you want which is nice. It’s just on the beach and napili bay is good for snorkeling too. This small hotel is all we could ever ask for and more.

I liked the proximity to the beach. The amenities onsite. Loved the large shower. Enjoyed the quiet balcony. Brian the owner was very kind a helpfull. Overall a great place to call home for 9 nights :)

Clear instructions on late night check-in - all gates are number coded- so make sure you check email on check-in instructions before arrival (chances are you will check in after hours since office closes at 4.30). Also appreciated the coffee they had available all day

This property is adjacent to some of the most desirable real estate in Maui including the Kapalua golf course and the Ritz Carlton. While the condos are certainly clean and sufficient the best is the access to the beach and the ocean sounds and breezes it’s heavenly.

The view from room 11 was amazing, possibly the closest you’ll ever be to the ocean, the location of the hotel was great and was a short drive to many restaurants, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. It was such a quiet, peaceful place without a resort-y vibe, which is exactly what we wanted. The snorkeling was easy-you could just walk right into the ocean and go! We even saw a turtle! We will be back!!

The property backs right up to the beach, which is nice. Its also within walking distance to many fine dining establishments. The only downside is the parking lot, which is small, but there was street parking available nearby. We will stay here again.

Beautiful grounds and perfect oceanfront condo. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel like youre at a home. All home amenities are provided; washer, dryer, full kitchen with microwave and all cooking utensils. Daily housekeeping. Quiet location with a great view, steps away from Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Carmen and Jamie are so hospitable. Well always stay here for our annual Maui trips! We cant wait to go back and were so sad to leave :(.

The position is spectacular. The rooms and the property are charming. We had a king bed studio which was compact but very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the ocean was a highlight! We loved staying here and will definitely come back! Mahalo!

We liked the location which was quiet and away from the crowd. It had a wonderful beach. Unfortunately, our AC was not working and it did get a little warm sometimes.

Great place, very quite, quests stay were very nice, staff was helpful. Best place by far to stay if your looking for a peaceful relaxing stay with no hassle.

We were only there for one night. The staff couldn't have been better they were so very nice!!
