I can’t say enough good things about all of the staff here. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and show us how much they cared. The hotel itself is very cute and love the fire pits and it was very comfortable. We brought our dogs with us and had an incident where our big boy got out of the room and let the little one out with him. The staff were amazing with them and took care of them until we could get back. So if you’re traveling with pets, this is definitely the place to go.

The hotel was run down and it had strange smell. The room with the hot tub was horrible because there was no privacy when going to the bathroom.

The room was clean and was very comfortable. Housekeeping came in daily to make beds and refresh bathroom with towels.

Ground floor was damp with dehumidifiers lining the hallways. Our room was on the second floor. Upon opening the door you could smell the mildew/moisture in the room. The windows sweat at night and the walls around the windows are swelling. Shower head was gross and clearly not cleaned along with dead spiders on the wall and knats coming out the sink. Could barely get hot water out the shower. Fridge was mostly clean besides the slide drawer on the bottom. Microwave was dirty (did not use) and looked like someone burnt something to the door. One of the "clean" towels in the bathroom smelled of wet dog. Beds were lumpy/worn and had low spots worn into them. Jets in the hot tub did not work and the pool was cold. Food was good at the lounge along with breakfast. The flatbreads are huge! Overall place was nice for the price, just needs some extra cleaning/updating and the moisture problem fixed.

We chose this hotel for an anniversary getaway. The hotel was dated. It was clean. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the best. The foods tasted watered down. The juices also tasted watered down. The mattress had a hole on one side making it uncomfortable to sleep. Expensive vending machines. $3.50 for a soda bottle. We had the jet tub. It was clean but super slippery when stepping in. Not all the jets worked.

The front desk staff was amazing. The longe staff was great and the entertainment was great. The odd thing was the design of the king suite with a hot tub. Weird not to have a wall into the bathroom.

My stay was great hotel was clean staff was so nice and polite. Bar/Restaurant was great! They have the best wings! Janice and Britney are great Bartenders. I wasnt crazy about the area around only because you have to look at a bunch of work area's but inside was good.

Our breakfast was cold and they had a kids LARGE connect four game set up next to the lounge and the eating area.So when the pieces were released and hit the floor they actually hit my chair and one landed on our table.This game and play are should be relocated so the lounge and eating areas are not affected.

Property need to be upgraded, very friendly staffs, they really did their best. However, the pool is disgusting because lack of maintenance. The Hotel location is very convenient.

Staff was extremely attentive to every detail of our comfort. Room was way better than expexted. Booked a King Suite expecting a pull out sofa and was pleasantly surprised with Bunk beds. The kids were stoked. The Lounge onsite was great for the meal we needed. The grounds outside were clean and nice. The room was clean amd spacious . The staff, from the front desk to the lounge, were all gracious and kind A+!

We stayed overnight and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a great outdoor space by the bar which is great as we had our dog with us. We'd stay here again!

Noisy in the hallways. Could hear doors slamming all through the night. Bright lights right outside windows shine into windows due to lack of blackout curtains.

For a last minute stay it was about as good as I could have asked for. The room seemed clean enough. The hallways kind of had a smell, I’m not sure if someone maybe decided to smoke in a room nearby but the scent at least seemed to stay in the hallways. The staff I interacted with were all pleasant.

The first floor had an odor. Our room felt humid and our towels/bathing suits never dried. Poor ventilation in the room. Breakfast was good and offered a nice assortment of things. The location was centrally located and it was nice that the bar had happy hour and live music.

We brought the grandkids to stay the night before school started and allow them to get one more swim in before school. They enjoyed it very much

The hotel was horrible. It smelled like musty water. The TV didn’t work properly. The breakfast was cold. I couldn’t even find a coffee cup. There was piles of garbage outside. The pool was gross. You could hardly see the freaking bottom of it.

Not what I was expecting. The hotel is very old and rundown, definitely needs a remodeling inside and out! There was a musty smell in the room that was hard to tolerate. There were stains on the rug which made me not wanna walk barefoot. The air conditioning made a loud noise every time it cycled. There was also an issue with the bathtub not draining properly but when I called the help desk, it was addressed immediately so I have no complaints there. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Had our room upgraded due to lack of cleanliness. Staff was very accommodating. Ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and that had mice running around.

Our room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The lounge had a great free hot buffet. It’s also a good place to eat dinner. Location was great.

Room was nice although there was cobwebs in the corner and hair in the tub.
