Great hotel. Whilst the apartments are great, the bathrooms are not cleaned very well with sand still in the bottom of the shower and they clearly don’t want shower screens. There are also signs with rules all around the apartment which is slightly off putting. In saying that though, the pool rules is that it closes at 9pm which is actually quite late when there are a group of 20 people in the pool screaming each night and the noise travels right up to the apartment balconies. Nevertheless a great stay, we would choose to have an apartment that does not have water views and therefore does not overlook the pool in the future.

Really can't complain about our stay at Sevan. Jimmy and Janine were very helpful, and the apartment was well furnished and nicely presented. We appreciated the wine and snack options available in the apartment (and took advantage of them).
The only thing that caused us a little stress was the $100 fee that would be applied if we did not empty the bin upon leaving. I'm sure there is a reason, but we decided to just not use the bin until the last moment in case we forgot to empty it. Felt unnecessary, especially as they charged a cleaning fee.

apartment was very clean.
the bed was a bit too hard for us but that was a personal opinion. Others might find it very comfy.
The down side was our room was located at the street side and it was very noisy even with the windows closed.
Because of these reasons we would not stay here again.

Our latest stay included 3 of our young grandkids who loved the pool, Foxtel, balcony views of beach and the after hours choc tops from the honesty box in the common area. This is an excellently located building for all of Forsters attractions.

Hotel is great, easy check in, appartments are very well appointed and the lay out is spot on. Very large TV with all online apps on tap. Top position just walk out back gate and you are in town, lots to do around Forster many good walks close by and ocean pool is fantastic for family’s with small children.

The apartment was extremely clean and the view was amazing. Not too noisy being so close to the main road. Would recommend. The parking was also very easy as some hotels we find the parking a bit difficult.

From friendly and helpful check-in to cleanliness and lay-out of apartment, everything was great. Very comfortable with everything required included in, e.g. kitchen. Good location being close to beach and easy walk to restaurants and cafes.Enjoyed our short stay here and will definitely consider this for any future visits to Forster.One small concern was the tight parking spaces underneath.
