This was a great place to stay overnight. Clean and comfortable room. The guy at reception was lovely and check in and out was a breeze. Perfect spot for an overnight stay when traveling. Would definitely stay here again if traveling through Dubbo.

I always enjoy my stay at Akuna Motor Inn and Apartments. Ross is awesome and very helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean and the accommodation itself is conveniently located. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Could not believe our luck finding this place online. Helpful staff, parking literally outside your door, super clean and comfy place, so close to all restaurants and kids activities…they even have complementary laundry amenities!

The staff are always friendly, the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. Its in a good location with an easy walk to a great pub or bowling club.

The website offered 2 options for the same room: With and without breakfast. I selected with breakfast. On arrival I was told there's no breakfast included. I am now on hold with Expedia for a claimed 2 hours to see if I can resolve the matter. Hopefully I can provide a more open review after it's resolved

Very friendly, comfortable bed & clean bathroom with good shower head. Even a couple of biscuits provided at the tea/coffee station, which I love when on business trips.

Booked in and 2 hours later in late afternoon get a call sorry the room is double booked if you can’t keep up with bookings opt out of using hotels.com Manager was quite rude when then after I made it known I’m now with out a place to stay till 6 am for my flight he then offered to see if he can get me a room elsewhere. To little to late tired, found another room myself.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The place was immaculate and felt more upmarket than motels usually feel. (Nice carpet etc)
Owners very friendly and helpful. They had great extra touches too like a heated towel rail for colder months in the bathroom and a Tesla EV charging station in the car park. Even a bucket and window cleaner in the car park to get all the bugs off your windscreen. (After a 5 hour drive you need this)
It is on the main road but wasn’t noisy at night. Bowling club is super close and handy for a drink and meal.

Stopover trip from Adelaide to Sydney. Want a good sleep. But the room is not sound proof. Next to the highway. Couldn't sleep at all. The bathroom is clean, big and bright.

All ground floor units. The owner really enjoys his work offering great customer service. Externally very appealing. Modern and very very clean. Fuel, Restaurants (incl MacDonalds next door). Large modern Club next door or nearby.
