The motel rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. I was somewhat disappointed with our check in. I booked through wotif and our booking was “reserve now, pay later” at the motel. The motel tried to take payment before our arrival and had some problems processing this and said we did not have enough money (we definitely did!) I found after a long trip being lectured and the staffs refusal to try that card again was quite rude and unhelpful. It soured what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Perhaps if they don’t like Wotif and their policies they shouldn’t put their motel on there.

I was disappointed because I expected the room to be above average as the price was a lot more than the average price for Inverell. The bed was uncomfortable. It requires at the minimum a very thick bed topper.

I enjoyed everything, very clean, great location, mini bar had a wide variety, lovely staff.

Annie and Steve are fabulous hosts. Pleasant and knowledgeable, they make you feel very welcome. The rooms are immaculate. Lovely touches like Cup a Soup in with the tea and coffee and make up remover cloths in the bathroom make you feel like they truely care about your holiday experience. Oh, and the breakfasts are delicious. We will certainly return to The Terrace Motel Thankyou guys for all your care.

Good location for me near work and yet near town for a meal. I really prefer to have a microwave in the room. Oatmeal doesn't go so well in a toaster. Desk chair is kinda short. These are both minor concerns only. Overall its a pretty comfy place with friendly and helpful management.

great extra touches with fleece on the bed while watching tv and extra fluffy and thick bathmat. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

How good is this place, beautiful rooms, lovely service from the hosts - to the point I came back with takeaway and next minute there was a door knock with an offer of plates, bowls and cutlery. Really nice, I only visit a few times a year but you've got my business from now on.

From the first conversation with the hosts I new that this 3 night stay was going to be A+. The rooms were very well maintained and beautifully presented. The organistation of the breakfast time to suite our requirements was easily done without any problems.- the hosts certainly went out of there way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic with a great serving of bacon and eggs- always on time and with a genuine smile. I would highly recommend this Motor Lodge to anyone- a wonderful hospitality experience.

We have regularly stayed in this motel. It is always clean and well presented. Rooms have touches of luxury that make you feel special. The bathrooms are large with roomy showers. Staff are always friendly.
