An ideal Stop over . The staff from the time we checked in were over and above in their professional attitude . Absolutely nothing was a problem.

Wonderful spot on the Esplanade in Yeppoon. The ladies at check in and check out were very informative not just about Yeppoon, but places we were headed to as well. The accomodations were very comfortable, the Cabana was available, so we upgraded. The shower was great, the bed was comfy, it was spacious and squeeky clean. Our only regret was only being able to stay 1 night. Highly recommend.

The service from the staff was personal, they went above and beyond for us. I had some cloths in the dryer and I had to duck out for a couple of hours and the staff offered to put in our room when they were dry. And hung the items that needed to be. Best service I have ever had.

Very friendly welcome by Susan...love the new deco of this iconic motel...very comfortable bed...great location, walking distance to restaurants, beach view and on-site parking. Would definitely recommend and will return for sure!!

I stayed here for 6 nights with my two children aged 10 and 6. Having never been to Yeppoon before I was over the moon when I pulled in and saw the location right across from the beach. All staff are helpful and friendly and provided fresh towels daily and on day 4 changed our sheets!
It is a truly great spot and the room was big enough for the three of us. We can’t to come back again.

Loved the location. Beautiful beaches, close to a playground for my grandson. Great eateries and shopping within walking distance. Very comfortable amenities. Lovely hot water. Management was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought the location might make it a bit noisy especially on Saturday night but it wasn't. Would definitely come again. I am reluctant to post such a great review in case it is fully booked when I want to come again.

When we first walked into the room it felt like coming home. The room was well thought out - it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There was also a laundry there that was available for guests - very useful when travelling. There was a good selection of restaurants nearby. It was just across the road from the water front and it was great to see that the local council has done a great job making it very family friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay ay Surfside. The hotel was pretty basic, but it was extremely clean and the location was perfect right opposite the beach and just a short walk to all of the main shops and clubs. The managers Sharon and Neale were a lovely, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable couple who ensured we were looked after and wanted for nothing.

The managers were very friendly. We were upgraded to their newly built villa type accommodation which was lovely. Surfside is walking distance to beach cafes everything you could possibly need. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great location, right across from main beach. Staff most helpful with recommendations where to eat etc. On site laundry with space to hang washing out. Parking right outside unit door . Great food across the road at Keppel Bay Sailing Club. Close to the amazing Yeppoon Lagoon Infinity Pool .Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yeppoon.

Best position! Quiet position, although they had minor construction happening on the premises.
We have lower back issues, so the bed and sitting chairs were a little uncomfortable for us.
Would come back here anytime!
