The manager went to great lengths to accommodate us despite many changes due to Covid lockdown. Wonderfully equipped unit. Great location. Will be going back in a couple of months.

We enjoyed the pool, spa and tennis court. The short walk to the beach was a plus. It also only took about six minutes to a small shopping centre with a Coles. And a Wollies just a little bit up the road.

Apartments were well positioned for the beach, walkways, restaurants and the town centre. We treated the apartment like our home for the week and all of the amenities were perfect for our family of five. With the bad weather we spent a lot of time in the apartment and it was comfortable, cozy and great value.

Terrible weather during our stay but the spacious accomodation was helpful during our days indoors. Pool area is good and kids enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay again when in area.

It was a great time spending there, great location, wonderful view!!! Very friendly staff! I could even have an 9am check in, thank you very much Mr. Barry!!!

Visiting family in Caloundra we found the Burgess a great place to stay and we only wished we were there in the heat so we could enjoy the pool. My only negatives are that one bed was just a mattress on the floor and that the beds were too soft for some of us. It may be as their past their use by date, or that its just a personal preference thing!!But overall the staff were very friendly and helpful, the place spotless, and it had a great view. Wed definitely stay there again!

As a family of 4 we never find the money or time to get away very often. We were very excited about this get away as we love Caloundra. Unfortunately this changed from the moment we checked. The room we had (no.62) was very outdated, with old furniture that was covered in dust. The light switches and walls were dirty and in general the whole place just needs to be ripped out and redone. NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE PHOTOS, DONT BE FOOLED. I think the worst part was when pub ic hair fell out of the towel I was drying my nearly 2 year old with and when I called to tell reception I was offered new towels??? Not good enough. Reception is barely open and the minimal requests we did have were never fully met.

We had good stay at Burgess with very friendly staff. We didn't get FOX and WiFi during our stay so if we could get them,our stay would be better.

We had a wonderful stay. Apartments are quiet and relaxing with amazing views of the beach and glasshouse mountains. Barry the manager is very helpful and overall the apartments are just fantastic. Highly recommend!

Hotel was good. Had 2 issues on check in date, one bed was not ready at checkin time but was done by manager. Parking door was not opearational with key which was provided but Manager again did the trick and it worked well.Stay would have been excellent if free Wifi provided which can be easily arranged and configured in hotel but not sure it was not there.
