Clean and friendly staff. Wish there was more food options.

We had a pleasure 2 nights staying in Naman retreat. The spaciousness and the greenery of the resort bring a sense of peaceful and tranquility. Restaurants are beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, warm and friendly. Helpful receptionist ever. Food was diverse and delicious. Room condition was clean and comfortable. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Could use a nice refresher - beautiful and nicely located on beach

The shuttle drivers were kind and helpful especially the bell captain Cuong . Restaurant prices at Naman was very Pool was clean but warm jacuzzi was dirty.

There were multiple big spaces in the property that was really nice. They offered buggy rides to our villas and offered great spa perks. Although certain things in the room could be better dated and maintained, overall it was an enjoyable stay and the personalised service provided during our stay was exceptional!

The property itself is nice and clean with a great design. I think the reason we didn’t enjoy it is because the area is in development and the staff isn’t trained enough for international level hospitality. It kinda feels like you’re hanging out at a friend’s house since the staff texts you with their personal messaging app in a very casual way. But since it’s supposed to be a retreat we expected to be able to simply relax. Regarding the staff, it doesn’t feel they received proper training and are quite junior for a resort of that scale. The property seems to be under construction so my review may not be a good indication of how it’s going to be when it’s officially open. Please note that the entrance is not obvious as the area that appears to be the main gate with the resort logo is closed. Our taxi dropped us there in the middle of the night so we called the hotel and they gave instructions to the driver who dropped us in liminal space that was frankly pretty scary. They didn’t offer for anyone to come to help us find the entrance so we walked 1km to head back. We decided not to spend the second night. The manager was offered us an upgrade to the villa but we had already booked the next hotel so instead they offered to take care of our transportation to the next hotel. We appreciated the gesture until we found out the driver didn’t know where we were going and did not speak English. All in all, the place is decent but the staff isn’t up to the mark yet.

great people, great resort

Once in the retreat this is a lovely relaxing place to spend time. The service levels are high & they go the extra mile to resolve any issues. The only issue we experienced was the restaurant options were so expensive, the food was great but didn’t warrant the cost. Due to bad weather we had to eat in the hotel otherwise we would have eaten in Hoi An every night

A safe option for a single female traveller. Everything is kept immaculate and service was exceptional. Friendly staff along with the best buffet breakfast.

This resort is good

Room Aircon didn't work. It was too hot without Aircon. Staff service was not good also.

1.stay from 7/1–7/5,2023 2. Booked two hotel activities in advance, but none of them was recorded. I had to argued with hotel staffs for my booking. 3. The Retreat located in the middle of nowhere and provide only two shuttle bus to city center and one shuttle bus back to Retreat. This is very un convenient. 4. With mini bar in room but never reimplement when items were consumed. 5.Due to late flight, requested late-check-out on the second day after check in but till 2 days later, was told no late check-out. Very poor efficiency. 6. Despite no late check-out, allowed to stay at pool area to spend time but requests for shower place after swimming were declined. Instead, was told to shower out door and change clothes in restroom. 7. Can not find stamps or mailing service for post cards in this 5 star resort. Even glues or tape to seal envelopes is no possible.

I recommend naman retreat for everyone. Good service, especially, Everlyn!!! Thank you so much for your support and warm hospitality during our stay. She is really nice and kind. We really appreciate your kindness.

The reception staff, Min was so kind that she gave us information a lot not only about the resort but also sights around with her private LINE. It was very helpful for us!

Relaxing by the pool and the lack of rubbish on the beach in front.

Great place to relax. Private beach/infinity pool were well maintained at a high standard. Our ambassador Harry went above and beyond to make sure our experience was good. Seems like one of the better properties on the resort strip.

No benefits for hotels.com gold members. No room upgrade, no late check out, no welcomedrink, nothing...

Room wasn’t clean properly, they did not sweep or clean room only replace toiletries if needed and new towels . Never been to hotel or resort having to pay additional if I wanted sheets to be changed, food is terrible and service was bad, they’re expanding, noisy from huge construction site right in front of our room . They were also way understaffed, chaos daily in the lobby and for housekeeping Service as well .

Facilities and Amenities were quite good. However, the frontline staffs were terrible and left a really bad experience. They were rude, lack experience and poor knowledge. They insisted there is no discount for the SPA booked under Expedia. We gave up and went to town. Shuttle bus services to town was also closed down. Incurred lots of extra expenses call taxi, Grab cars. Overall, will never go back again.
