Clean and quiet, close to all facilities and really friendly staff

Lou and his wife very welcoming.. hapoy ti have a chat and inform us a little of Hamner Springs history. The alpine cottage was charming clean and comfortable. We enjoy ed our spring experience of the day, foid at local hotel and was happy to sit and watch a Netflix movie on the couch. Thank you fir our lovely stay .

Lively staff, comfy beds.
Shower was leaking , carpet wet and smelt bad.
Could do with bathroom window opening locks, no fan to expell steam so only option is opening window which opened right out, so unsafe to leave open and neighbour's can see right in.

It is so close to town and attractions. Easy walking condition to walking tracks. Warm and cosy.

Lovely place to stay. Has a good vibe to it. Slightly old though - the bathroom could do with a little makeover and the kitchen could do with a few more pots and pans. But overall is great value for money. Will happily stay here again.

An older motel which has been well maintained & is kept clean. The bathroom & carpet show their age.
It is extremely well sited for walking to both hot pools & shop. The manageress / owner is very friendly & welcoming.
A plug in the bathroom sink would be helpful to wash dishes in the studio unit.
The walls between units are paper thin & I was grateful to have quiet, considerate neighbours. However this would be a major problem otherwise.

Perhaps a microwave jug or dish for basic cooking.
We stayed 2 nights. Comfy bed. Could hear people in unit next door and i guess they could hear us & our tv.
Asked for clean towels, after using ours. Guy was happy to replace all. Friendly & helpful.
Would stay again.

I liked that we could park our car under cover during frosts. Love the mountain views early in the morning. Also loved that they had a clear file book of restaurants/activities for us to choose from during our stay!

Alpine Lodge has real friendly hosts. The proximity of the pools is fantastic. The motel is old, but well maintained. Providing towels for the pool was a really nice surprise and much appreciated. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

It was too hot. No air conditioner. Couldn't leave the door open all night to let air in and the bathroom window opened up too far to leave open. Terrible night.

Good position but interior shabby and needs paint. Patches on walls need work.
No microwave and outlook limited to car park. Nowhere undercover for bike storage.

The operators knowingly gave us the room 21 which had shower problems and the toilet was stinking ,service was poor upon checkin . Not worth the money i will not recommend to any one to make reservation as heating facilities is pre hestoric carpets in the rooms are stinking

Comfortable beds, super close to town and hot pools. Well laid out room. Nice to have a table our party of 4 could sit around.
The outside landscaping requires some TLC. The concrete was broken and uneven at the entrance way to the room but this was pointed out to us by staff on arrival.

Was a bit disappointed . Room could do with an up date . Hot water run out in the morning during my shower .

Friendly Staff. Shower was powerful. Room was very run down. Tv didn't work properly, microwave didn't work properly. Heated towel rail was held together with cable tie. So much condensation the windows were dripping with water. Overall pretty run down!

We had a family room, I slept in one of the single beds and it was super comfy!! The heater in the bathroom didn’t work but I mentioned it to the staff on checkout, who were grateful for me letting them know, and they said they would fix it. Good value for a family room.
