Perfect location to the ferry and so easy to get around (beach and food). We were taken care of very well and always happy to have some free coffee and fruit!

loved how close it was to the ferry, literally steps away. and loved the use of bikes, beach chairs and umbrella that came with the room. the town is super cute and the beach is beautiful but be warned, on Friday and Saturday nights its legit the jersey shore, music blasting until really late. and the bars are right across from cleggs. I brought noise canceling headphones so I was fine. shared bathroom was not bad at all bc theyre singles with a shower and toilet you can lock the door. Tyler the owner was very nice and accommodating. I had a great stay here.

I liked the fact that it is located 10 steps from the ferry exit. The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly. You do feel wlecome. Thanks Taylor! We stayed at a regular room for two with a shared bathroom. I was worried about that, but I was suprised how easy it was. There are 6 bathrooms and they are super clean, spacious and very bright. It is located near stores, ice cream shops, restaurants and the beach is about 10 mins walk. Great beach. Very safe, very peaceful and police is always around checking that people follow rules. I would definitely come back to this hotel for more days!

I was a little worried about having a shared bathroom situation in a hotel, but it turned out to be totally fine! They were clean and large and felt pretty private. The owner, Tyler, was super sweet to me and allowed me to refrigerate my wine! He was extremely accomodating overall and has the cutest dog. They had some pastries available from breakfast until they are gone, and fruit as well. They also have some fruit/mint infused water if that's your thing. The room smelled super nice, like an ocean breeze candle, was clean, and was much larger than expected. Overall no frills, but plenty of space for luggage and came with some backpack beach chairs in the closet and bikes available for use. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the strip with all the shops, bars, and restaurants. It seemed like it might be loud, but when i went to sleep the AC was definitely able to drown it out. I did think it was a little strange that they turned the AC off when they came to clean, but we just switched it back on so it was cool when we came back for a nap, etc later. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice owners and convenient location within Ocean Beach. Near many bars, convenience stores, shopping, the beach and the ferry. A little pricy but still cheaper than other hotels in the area too. Would definitely recommend.

I loved staying in the hotel, I had one of the suites, so I had a private bathroom and a big room. The hotel is small, the staff outmost friendly and helpful - feels almost like staying with family. The concept is 'low key', so eg no TV in my room, which I think is a big advantage. It is all about being there, enjoying the surroundings, no cars etc etc. Bed comfy, bathroom excellent, internet top, fresh fruit and coffee available and free at any time. surroundings beatifull. During the weekend, I was there, a lot of partying was going on nearby, while on the week days, everything was wonderfully quiet.

Very friendly/accommodating staff

Overall it was ok. Overwhelming smell of air freshener and the ac was loud in room 4. No Tv and no chair by the desk in the room. Also the ferry terminal walkway was right there so you get woken up by people at 7am walking past the room. However, close to everything and accommodating with keeping the luggage till the ferry time. Also bicycles were a nice option to use as well as beach chairs and umbrella.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, owner on site very hospitable. Clean sheets and towels , staff works very hard . Everything smells clean , fresh like new.. We will return .

The hotel was great very comfortable and even though bathrooms are in the hallways for everyone to share they are spotless and cleaned all day long. No Tv in room we were in would like that if it was raining . Overall great place and would stay there again. Owners terrific.

The location is ideal. Best price, in high season, I could find. Sharing the bathroom was very easy and pleasant. As it is a small old building the room gave us all that we needed. Staff was reliable as my cell service was spotty and they agreed to an early morning door knock wake up call. Would stay there again.

The hotel was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Located right next to the ferry so its quick and easy to get to, drop your stuff off and get to the beach.Room was clean and spacious. They also had beach chairs in the room that we could use which was awesome!

I originally booked our room for 2 people. A week before the trip I called the hotel and asked if we could upgrade to a suite. He explained they didn’t have one but has a 3 person room that would cost more. I told him it would be fine And to make the change. On Friday my bill was charged on my credit card and an e-mail was sent letting me know if the charges. That’s when I realized they never change us to a larger room. So I called Friday again before I arrived and requested the room again and alerted them of the mistake. They said they no longer had a 3 person room available and would give us a cot. I was mad but didn’t have any other choice. When we arrived the hotel at first said we have no record of you requesting this and the rooms to small for a cot. After arguing and showing the attendant all of. The calls and the length of the calls mad to the hotel prior to our arrival she got us a cot. One give the cot our room had no working power outlets and had dirty sheet which we asked to be replace.she did have the sheets replace but it’s pretty disturbing to See dirty sheets on a bed during a pandemic. As if this wasn’t bad enough the cot was broken and sunk all the way down on one side. Even more pathetic my Bill was supposed to be just over $600 and they had the net to charge me over $1,000. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times this year and. In previous years but I will not Be back.
