Excellent customer service, relaxing, comfortable bed, great food and spa services. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

The staff are very accommodating and attentive. The property is quite tranquil and is removed form the traffic and buzz of the main roads. The location was very convenient for us and we used the free shuttle service to get into town. Food was authentic and not one dish failed to hit the mark. We will definitely be back.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place... The place itself was a hidden little oasis and accommodation was beautiful. But it was the staff that truly made my visit there a stay to remember. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and be totally spoilt! They were so special.

Information about this hotel listed online is inaccurate- 2 km from Monkey Forest, 3 km from Ubud Palace - in your dreams. The hotel is located VERY far from everything. Shuttle bus really does help, but note that you can’t get anywhere without transport. Yoga is listed online as free, but it is not and hotel charges staggering 250000 IDR per person and the quality is the lowest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfasts are poor - you can order only one dish so if you’d like more you’ll be rejected- my friend was pregnant and would leave it half hungry. There are basically only two good things about the place- nice rice fields surrounding it and great and super accommodating staff - they really bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as it may possibly be. Overall- will never recommend it to anybody.

They really tried hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible lovely resort just a couple of maintenance issues.

We booked a bigger place to share with our friends but they gave us separate places. Our place had no hot water until we complained and they fixed it. The private pool did not work. The color of the pool was brown. They told us it would be fixed on the 2nd day and no one fixed it. When we ordered room service, no one came to collect the plates. There were ants everywhere so I had to return the plates myself. The food at the restaurant was overpriced. I would not stay here again as I did not have a good experience overall.

Loved this villa! It was so quiet and intimate and the staff were phenomenal!! It just reaLly felt like an oasis away from the busyness of ubud centre!

We did not enjoy this place at all.. room was not at all like advertise. very unsafe ro us at our age!!Wpould never recommend it and definitley never go there again!

The villa we rented is next to a neighbor with chickens and as a result we were infested with flies. This took a couple of visits with fly paper which helped but it was impossible to eat breakfast the first day there were so many. The next day I had to ask again for fly paper. In addition, the overhead fan - essential for mosquitos and the flies - was broken when we arrived and necessitated a visit from the repairmen and a partial repair. The fuse for the a/c blew two times and breakfast was always partially delivered - missing cutlery, drinks, etc. The room was not always turned down either or restocked. In addition, I had paid for 3 people but only 2 stayed the first night. No refund was offered but when we supposedly called 2 minutes to late for the shuttle service we were charged for the ride back. The room is lovely and it could have been perfect but these series of issues detracted from the whole experience.
