Met with a pleasant surprise as I was upgraded to the Carthage Suite. The overall experience was good. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Good variety of tv programs Available. The local convenient store is a 10-15 mins walk away. The in-house restaurant provides pretty good food. For improvement, 1) Better WiFi coverage in the room. Lobby was alright. 2) International buffet spread for breakfast.

I paid for breakfast when booking on the phone and was charged again when checking out. Not happy at all.

Nothing in our room worked! Broken switches, curtain rods, dirty carpets, food particles all over the floor, and a thermostat that we couldnt control because it was broken too!!! On top of that, hotel staff refused to give us complimentary drinking water after the first day. Even the coffee was never replaced till we asked for it multiple times each day. And this was all in a suite! I wonder how much worse the service could have been if we had stayed in a regular room.

Amazing hotel friendly people with beautiful smile upon there faces very helpful every time they ask you if need or want anything even when you don't need nothing, really awesome people, many thanks to Sawsan, Kinza, Manaa and the guards Hammdi and Aymen they all are great the manager of Business hotel must be and should be proud of those people yes you have a true pure diamonds and you should appreciate them and take a good care of them cause they really are doing a great job, many thanks Business hotel is my official home in Tunis from now on.

The overall conclusion was good. Very pleasant stay .. giving its Ramadan time they are very flexible and accommodating.

After staying at the most spoken hotel in Tunis in my 2 previous trips to Tunis, I chose this hotel in search of a more modern and business oriented hotel. I found what I looked for even though the room was a bit small as well as window, not that much of a view etc. Staff very very lovely especially this brilliant lady named Saoussen Hammi who was very energetic and helped me for everything from guidance for a sim card to ironing stuff etc. I liked the rooftop terrace as well with the live music and decent food, never took the breakfast though. I had only two notes to improve: they need hangers for the towels, can be in the corridor or maybe on the door of toilet. I liked how they placed mirrors on both in and outside of toilet door. Second note I had was that they didn't replace my one free bottle of water after I used the one first day. Maybe just an absent-mindedly forgotten detail.

Very clean and confirtable hotel, variety of food, very friendly people and not far away from the center.

This hotel is just 5 minutes by taxi from the airport, also close enough to downtown to walk. The hotel has beautiful modern details, very thoughtfully designed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best I had my whole stay in Tunisia. Plus excellent wifi. If you want to stay near the downtown in a modern setting I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel and the reception staff are excellent.

Overall, a typical business type hotel, clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. Room quiet though a little musty smelling, but clean and spacious with a large bed. Limited English speaking channels on the television. Breakfast quite limited in choice but enjoyable nonetheless. Location quite remote with absence of any shops or restaurants etc nearby.

Very good stay

Lovely room, good decor, nice facilities, expresso machine, great WiFi, excellent breakfast. Great professional staff. Room not very spacious. Biggest let down Bar at top of hotel rude staff and manager. He didn’t care that we were staying hotel when we sat at a table. They said we had to move because it was booked !! Even though it had no reserved sign. We had sat there the night before. Just because it was a Saturday night and they were having walk ins from outside hotel.

The only problem in hotel the night it was very noisy because there was a bar or desque take near by made the whole night miserable

The first impression is really pleasant. Nice hotel, I was very happy. Comfortable, however not the best bed I ever slept in. The cleanliness must be improved as my first impression quickly changed. I did not mentioned to reception or the deputy manager as I went there to have a little sleep and catch a flight next day early morning.

Tunisia is always terrible , specially at the airport be careful of the security they are stealing stuff from the bags

Excellent for short staying and very close to the airport , good for business and working in the center of the city .
