it’s a great property. The bed was fairly comfortable. The biggest detractor is the fact that while it is a very accommodating and friendly property, the animal urine odor when you walk in the door is overpowering and hard to get over.

Room 213 stunk of mildew and carpet was soaking wet. Refunded my money however they had no other room to put me in. Being move in week at Iowa State made it real fun trying to find a room.

This property was mostly fine. The comforters either had a stain or were dirty- I asked for a new one and that was fine. I wondered if the sheets had been changed at all.. I value cleanliness and so I would recommend they change the bedding everytime.

This was the best positive surprise from a 3 week coast to coast driving vacation. The room was very clean and updated. The breakfast was very good. The price was low. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice newish hotel with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Great hot breakfast too (Mini waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage and the usual cold breakfast items) Neighbors were noisy, but didn't have anything to do with hotel.

Honestly I was a little nervous what the hotel would be like because my rate was so reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was clean, staff very professional and friendly, bed and pillows were amazing, a incredible hot shower, and free breakfast. Also in a very excluded and quite area but still very close to where I needed to go. 5⭐️
