It is an old motel that has been updated nicely. It does not have a hair dryer and the coffee maker does not work well but everything else is good.

This complex offers great value,clean,comfortable room, kind staff and convienient locstion.

Partly renovated, mostly clean but not spotless. Beds were comfy and loved the full size fridge for our travel food. Great that they had space to park the U-Haul!

Newly renovated and supplied with everything necessary for a short stay or road trip stop. I would stay here again.

Staff was very nice and friendly and wanting to provide a great customer experience. The room layout was odd and clunky. They shoehorned a kitchen into the space that was previously a closet and vanity, which makes for an odd layout (the kitchen sink is about 12 inches from the vanity sink), with kitchen and toilet connecting. The fridge is in one corner of the room, the kettle and microwave were on a coffee table below the TV. The room was well-equipped (including a range) but things were all over the place. Some aspects of the room were new (new appliances) while others were very old and worn (old tub and tiles). Wall paint had been touched up with the wrong colour making the walls looked smeared and dirty. Linen and towels were all very clean and fresh.

Stayed for one night wish I could of stayed a few more. Loved the older style motel rooms have been updated and nice to sit right outside your door on a beautiful summer evening. Very convenient location to alot of services. And the most important part was Ron who greeted us he is amazing very helpful with anything the guy does it all he deserves a good raise 👏 👍 😊. He is one reason I would definitely stay again.

Room layout was functional. Had a fridge, stove, and dishes. Slept well. Good value.

We liked the convenience, the friendly, welcoming staff and location. The room would be much better with only one bed; two make it crowded with very limited walking space.

When I arrived there was confusion about my booking, they tried to give me a room with one queen size bed for 4 people. After they were able to finally sort everything out, we entered the room that had apparently just been renovated - the walls were filthy, there were holes in the walls,moulding was loose and falling off. Not to mention that the “kitchenette and bathroom were in a shared space” so you could shower and cook at the same time. Also there wasn’t a duvet on the bed just a sheet and light blanket. Do not recommend.

Great place to stay when you are traveling through Hope; just want a clean affordable night on your journey.

The room was not as clean as i would expect. Towels, facecloths, bathmat were stained and didnt look clean. Shower had hair in it and wasnt very clean. Shower head height looked like it was the level for small kids. To be honest for the money i expected better. Will not stay there again

What a great place, you're paying $128/ night so expect the bathroom tile to be pink and the general cleanliness to be low (like brown along door edges from fingers) BUT bathroom, beds, fridge and everything was impeccably clean. It has a great family feel, nice and quiet despite being right on the highway, save on foods and stores are literally 20 steps away! Staff was very friendly, kind supportive. But not overly. THIS WILL BE OUR FOREVER home from home

Very comfortable bed

The room needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom. Beds comfortable, air conditioning could be improved, the place is dated, but okay for a quick trip overnight stay.

A reasonably priced motel right next to popular dining options and close to downtown and the highway. Nothing fancy but a simple place to grab some rest while on your journey. Friendly office staff and quick check-in.

I don't often leave reviews, but I really hope that the owners of this motel take my comments to heart. Stayed for 1night for a hockey tournament (son and I). Front desk manager was very friendly and super helpful. He had spent 3 days with a small snowblower trying to clear 2 feet of snow out of the parking area. Entry, sidewals and parking were a skating rink and not a scoop of salt to be found. I commented to the manager that this was a slip and fall liability waiting to happen and apparently the owners were too cheap to provide a $20 bag of salt. All other hotels in the area, and the mcdonalds across the street were well plowed and salted, and continued to be done as there was freezing rain in Hope. Sadly, keeping the motel safe for customers was NOT a priority for owners. Now the room itself - At first, i thought the condition was to be expected for a basic, older motel, but then I realized that it really wasn't all that clean. I tried not to look at walls, baseboards, etc. too closely, but when I lifted the toilet seat, there was dried urine on the back side. Rooms have new flooring, but desperately need repainting. bed coverlet and dusty lampshades need replacing, but all the furniture from the 80s was fine and bed was comfy. Not sure what ownership's intention with the place is - hold for land value? what was probably once a fine motel is now probably just a place to crash for pipeline workers. MOved to Harrison next night for the same price and 1000% times better.

Mostly fine. Extremely strong cleaning products smell.

Owner was awesome and great with my dog, friendly housekeeper checked to see if we needed anything before leaving for tye evening.

Walls need scrubbing and painting, light switches need scrubbing, towels we’re not white and had some staining

Nice for an overnight stay on our trip. Quick check in, basically clean but they did miss a spot on the table that some had spilled something. Otherwise just fine.
