amazing hotel; lobby, swimming pool, restaurants, reception, breakfast. lovely chocolate bar for free 5pm-7pm everyday!!!!The only two issues was: certain rooms are facing the inside of the hotel (no view at all, no sunlight) & (the AC inside the room was soo noise)

Location is super, and clean.there was no welcome drink in the reception and no fruits basket in the suite this was very disappointing for me.

Nice property; spacious room (premium room) - nice window view of King Fahad Road. I wasn’t thrilled with breakfast; the salads, fruit, pastries and most breads were great. However the hot food was simply ok. I’m a foodie - so I would have preferred a wider selection from day to day. It would also be great that some of the food be pared better (for example - there were Asian noodles one day but nothing else to accompany it, the day before there was a nicely prepared Asian chicken dish (maybe a Schezwan like sauce) but nothing to eat with it … the only thing that was fluid in thought (in my opinion) was the British breakfast foods, but even they were spread out (not by each other). I’d also like to recommend that the Paratha, or any Indian bread offered, is prepared fresh — it’s not appealing under the heat lamp .. and thus the reason why people aren’t taking it (it’s dried out) .. and finally I’d suggest that the spring rolls, hash browns and any other fried things are on in one of the Shaffer dishes as it makes them lose their ‘crunch’ better if they are under a lamp in a metal serving pan. I know you’re thinking after all this that I didn’t enjoy my stay, but I did - the hotel is lovely - and the staff is wonderfully professional and polite. And the hotel is Centrally located and at a great price.

Erg comfortable hotel with very nice spacy lobby and cafe’s ! 4 in-house restaurant and poolside bar give plenty of choice and space to walk . I prefer this hotel because of its space & facilities and comfortable rooms & Fitness! The very helpful and customer experience driven staff ( speaking well English ) tops it off !!

Totally confused front of house staff. Check in was painful as these young boys kept handing me off to each other and I was the only one checking in! Bed had a big depression on one side so had to sleep on other side. Left behind my electric toothbrush in the bathroom and it was ‘not found’. Got upgraded because of IHG membership but my colleague said the room was very small. Room was v clean and they left lots of water

Bed is comfortable but the room is too small. I’ve stayed in 4 stars hotels before with much bigger rooms for their standard rooms.

I have tried many hotels in Riyadh, but this hotel is the most beautiful hotel. It is very clean and modern, with taking care of small details. It has a wide variety of food and four amazing restaurants, European I think it's Italian, Indian, Arabic.. The massage services they have and the sauna and steam are very high quality. It is definitely a luxury hotel that deserve a 5 star in a nice area.

The staff were friendly but the location was very complicated because the area is secured by law enforcement

Top-notch facilities that are clean and well-maintained. For fitness freaks, the gym is at the high end of what you'd find at most hotels anywhere - would definitely stay here again.

Reception told me when I checked in that I could have a late check out at 4:00 pm and I even called them to confirm before I went to sleep. Then, the next day they called me as asked when I was leaving and that I have to leave by 2 or 3:00pm. Why did they change and why didn't they tell me I had to leave earlier sooner.? This is not fair and it is not professional.

It was my only time yo this hotel. Unfortunately I had an awfull check-in experience. It took me one hour! They kept blaming each other for not finding my booking in their system. Finally a disinterested manager mumbled the word "we overbooked you".The rest of the story is average. The food is supposed to be above average.
