It was great, my wife and I were just enjoying a night in town for a date and decided to stay there, it was actually quite better than we though. Very nice and quiet and great customer service. Would stay again!!

Everything was good. Last minute trip for a family matter that came up very suddenly. Bed wasnt very comfy but I was still able to sleep. And the $100 incidental hold is steep for the type of hotel. I am sure that it helps keep the rift raft away. But that is the largest hold I have had a hotel put on my card. The deposit was more than I paid for the room. That alone would deter me in the future from staying again. My bank is very slow at releasing these holds. I stayed on Wednesday night and I will be lucky to get that released before the weekend. It will likely be Monday or Tuesday. I didn’t know about it until I got to the hotel and saw the sign at check in. By then, I had reserved the room and it was non refundable. I only saw on the hotels.com payment page that I would owe a $3 cleaning fee at check in. (Which I also found strange for a hotel.) The hotel was quiet though. I didn’t do the complimentary breakfast because I’m not really a breakfast person. All in all, I would consider other hotels in the area first next time simply because of that $100 hold.

Very nice hotel with great customer service and very clean and well kept rooms and breakfast was a very nice and hot breakfast. Highly recommended enjoyed our stay very much.

the ac don’t work!!!! the shower head was non functional! it trickled down!!! everything was awful!!! sorry , i’m being honest! thank Hod i booked to one night only!!!!
