Staff friendly left door open after being in room sisters safe not bolted in had to buy airfreshner for bathroom shower very slippery had to put bathmat in there over all wouldnt go back

Nice enough for the price. Lovely staff. 2 nice pools. Breakfast was ok. Nice balcony with the lifts being a bonus. However, bring your earplugs! There is a very loud nightclub that closes at 3am. That was a huge negative. Renovations happening at the moment, but should be completed very soon. Only other negative was the grey towels.

Great property and all staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. particular mention to the staff on the front desk, housekeeping, meal services and all the other staff that keeps this wonderful hotel running so well. will be coming back to this gem very soon.

We had a lovely stay in fourteen roses hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with smile. The hotel ambience with tropical garden is relaxing. And we even got a surprise birthday cake from the hotel. Really made our Bali holiday even more special . Truely appreciated.

hotel was excellent pools were great, central location to everything in Legian, only downside was leaking toilet and basin.

Stayed here for the first four days alone until my friends and family arrived and felt safe at all times. Loved it and will be back.

Great Staff nice place I was in budget type room ..dont do it if you like a good nights sleep night club next-door cranking till 3am view of roof tops unsafe balcony, other than that better than alot of other places gotta start some where..... thanks guys

It was so pleasant to stay there with good amenities and nice helping staffs. Especially special thanks to Mr.Daud he helped and guided us with the places around and arranged rental car for sightseeing trips. Thanks From Srijith and family.👍😊

Stayed at fourteen roses 30 years ago lots has changed but the old charm is still there. Would definitely come and stay again here.

Didn't get double bed as booked. Got 2 single bed and managed with that. Receptionist kept similing and saying sorry for any request. Asked us to move rooms at 11:45pm night after 2 days of stay. Rest Staffs were good and they try helping as much as possible. Impove your services to get good and loyal customers.

Pro: This hotel is in the heart of Legian. Shops, Restaurants, Bars on your doorstep and Beach easily accessible by 10min walk. Despite being of the main strip the hotel complex is well insulated from the sounds of the street, and is quiet. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel ground are well maintained and lush and green. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds super comfortable.
Con: The Towels and Pillowcases were quite dull or old looking. These were clean but maybe not washed with bleaching detergent. Bedsheets and Duvet were fine.
