The parking was too close together and the ramp to lot was too steep

The property was perfect for us. We were down there for the Battle at the beach Football game. The hotel was in walking distance to the field which was at the end of the boardwalk. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby. Some small minor upgrades are needed such as the lighting in our room wasnt that great, but it didnt impede our stay. The pool looked great but we didnt have time to get in with our busy 1 night stay. We would definitely come back. The convenience of the free parking and location is great.

The property was very nice, clean, and love the updated rooms. The bathroom was large and beautiful. The barn door to the bathroom was beautiful, too, but I could see how it could be weird if not sharing a room with family. Loved the convenience of the code for the door, but it was hard to see the numbers and how to unlock/lock the door was never explained by anyone. Paid for late check out (1pm) just to get a bit more beach time. Had to park in the further away parking lot at first, but moved the car the following day when more spaces opened up.

Great stay…only thing was the 3rd floor for seniors with no elevator.

The hotel location was great and rooms were modern and very clean. The room I was given is basically 2 feet to an open air restaurant and had staff turning over metal chairs at 7:30am and then a packed restaurant from 8am-2pm. I could hear everyone’s conversation, every laugh that had a table near my room while I was inside it, babies crying, etc. I asked to be moved but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked

Short walk to the boardwalk; rooms seem to be recently renovated and are nicely decorated, clean. Front desk staff seem cold and not very accommodating. Otherwise would stay here again.

I booked the Atlantic hotel in Ocean City for 2 nights.The room was horrible. It was on the 3rd floor and faced the street. It was VERY loud and my husband and I weee up from 2am to 5am. There was also a very loud humming noise in our room, all night. I think they were working on the roof.. AlsoAC kept turning off all night. We left in the morning and went home. .. Very disappointed…

Terrible service, terrible room, parking is unavailable, workers are rude, room smelled weird. I could go on and on. But again the workers absolutely sucked. They had attitude and were rude. I do not recommend coming here ever. Seriously don’t.

Pictures make this property's rooms look way bigger then they actually are. Beyond that it was a good stay, clean, quiet and nice bathroom.

Very nice newly renovated. Amazing housekeeping staff. Very clean. The pool area had few seats and the water was very cloudy, although the seating area on the outside of the pool was very nice and the live entertainment was a very nice option.

They called past check in time and told me they r overbooked. They moved us to a hotel that was further away from the beach.

This hotel was beautiful! Everything was freshly redone, and the staff was wonderful! Also the location was great! Right at the boardwalk entrance and right at the beach!

Check in was great. We got to Check in early at 1:30 pm. We had no issues getting parking. We were in a room on the third floor and the elevator was very tiny and If you needed to use a stroller or luggage cart you had to enter from Atlantic ave because both entrances on 8th street had large ledges. The pool was not open at the times stated during our stay. When the pool was open it was nice but had limited seating around it to watch your children. The rooms itself was clean, some electrical wiring was falling off the ceiling and the lighting was dim with only two small lights that did not cover the entire room. Proximity to bike rentals and boardwalk/beach was great. I would stay here again but I would request a bottom floor room.

Floors were dirty. Otherwise the room was nice.

I like the clenliness of the room. I love the location, and access to nearby amenities. All dining, beach, and fun activities for the kids were walking distance. This was a big plus.. I did not like that there was no iron for ironing clothing, it didn't have a blowdryer, (not convenient because the hotel has a pool) also, there was no closet. A spider was in one of the towels, and there was luvas at the bottom of the entrance door for a window (i dont understand its location) which is a security risk. Also the car tag # was our room #... a high security risk which I dislike the most. They need to change this immediately.

Roku TV is a drawback - could not watch live TV shows or sports. Arrived before check in time, would not let us park in their lot until check in time (even though there were empty spots) - so paid $20 to park in municipal lot. Also not offered/given beach tags until 4pm check-in, so paid for our own.....arriving early cost us additional $60.....

Property is under renovation and what’s been completed is very nice. We unfortunately got a unit that was not completely finished with an old AC unit that was full of mold. Staff had to replace it with a new one.

Quiet and awesome location

Great location to the beach and boardwalk. Room and facilities were clean. My only complaint would be the window could use better curtains, you could see in from the outside and they let a lot of light in. Also the room/bathroom could use more places to hang towels. There was only one towel rack on the shower door.

Water from sink/floors made the room damp and slippery. Told staff about it they only gave me more towels, didn’t do anything to resolve issue. Prices are no where near its worth. Only nice thing was close to the beach/boardwalk. Used to stay at the pavilion years back but after this experience I will not be back here nor recommend it to any friends. Would benefit more at a motel than this place

The hotel is newly remodeled and really nice. I have nothing negative to say. It’s definitely going to be our new spot when we go down.
