We were up for a concert and stayed the night. We were very happy with room, very clean and neat. The owner is extremely nice. We would definatly stay again.

I got a room with an attached screened in porch. It was lovely! The views over the lake were beautiful. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner and workers at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely experience.

We booked this as a great nearby location to go to a concert at NH Pavilion, but it offered much more than we had time to take advantage of. There's a great view of the lake from a hill, with many chairs to relax in, a hot-tub that opens at 6AM to enjoy the early morning hours (unheard of! Usually 9AM or 10AM elsewhere), an outdoor pool that looked extremely clean, and the room itself was extremely nice for a place that calls itself a "motel", and the beds were quite comfortable. A decent-sized mini fridge and microwave makes it perfect for having a meal at the room instead of eating out. (or in addition to, with leftovers) So while it's technically a "motel", it deserves to have an extra night added to have time to actually hang out and relax here.

We stayed at the Bay Top Motel for a few days while visiting family in the area. It was very clean and the view was amazing. They are centrally located near so many attractions. We will definitely stay again next summer.

Beautiful property, convenient & nice people

All the flowers in the photo really *are* there. Great location. Kind check-in. We had a wonderful room with a back patio. And a hot-tub is also available! Plus a great view and comfortable chairs to enjoy it.

The property has beautiful flowers, nice amenities, friendly owners and staff, and my kids loved the pool, ping pong table and hot tub. We watched the Weirs Beach fireworks from the Adirondack chairs on the property. The hotel is older but still offers lots of charm and memories to be had.

Super clean and super cute! Easy drive to Bank of NH Pavilion. Yummy free coffee in the am. Late checkout of 11a! Gave us time to sit outside in Adirondack chairs and chat. Will definitely be back!

The most beautiful and cleanest property. We loved our 2 day stay. The room was extremely clean ( I tried the finger test and no dust anywhere)!! A great shower and comfortable beds! The owner was such a kind gentleman. He allowed us to check in early as it was a downpour rain and we were on a motorcycle. We enjoyed the pool for a refreshing dip on the hots days. We did not get to try the hot tub. We will returned .. I was so in love with this place! It is also the perfect location for anyone attending a concert in Gilford ( only 8 mins away).

Pretty expensive for this low level 2* motel, you don’t feel it’s clean, don’t want to touch anything, even for 1 night not a pleasant experience. Can’t use gazebo was full of garbage…

This property is in a great spot overlooking the lake, and it was quiet, peaceful, and clean. The flower gardens were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, if outdated, and our only complaint about the room was the shower curtain. The pool was beautiful and extremely clean. The sad thing about this property, and the only reason I couldn’t give it five stars overall, or more than three stars for comfort, is that there are ashtrays spread over the entire property and smoking is allowed everywhere, including at the pool. There was a dirty ashtray under my chair When I arrived at the pool, which was otherwise immaculate. It was a shame. I’d also bring your own ice, because the ice machine has a scooper laying in the ice that’s been touched by God knows how many people, and the ice had a bad taste.

Beautiful location.

Brought my daughter to her first concert at Bank of NH Pavilion. This property is 3.3 miles from the venue. Super cute and quaint place with a pool and hot tub. Had grills and plenty of Adirondack chairs and picnic tables facing Lake Winnipesaukee. Our room was 1 queen size bed. Had a little screened in porch off the back and also a deck outside of the porch. Weirs Beach is walkable and it's very quiet at night. Great little place I will definitely book it again!

I loved this motel! It was just as beautiful as the picture. Immaculate room. We only spent one but I would go back for a longer stay. My teenagers loved the ping pong table and the pool. It was just what we needed.

George was amazing… full of local knowledge and very friendly, willing to share insight on the area and made recommendations. I’d definitely stay again. The hot tub at 6:00 am was fabulous!

Nice gardens and gazebo. Convenient to a number of restaurants, and especially to Weirs Beach, where the train and Mt Washington boat leave from. Room was updated, WiFi was very good. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A very cute motel.

Just around the corner from the meadow brook pavilion. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Customer service was top notch. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.

This is the cleanest, most beautiful motel ive ever stayed in. We came for a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion, its 6min away. We are coming for another concert next month, i will be booking a room before i leave. There's a pool, coffee, the landscape is gorgeous, chairs out front, a cute lil gazebo you can sit at. The owner is super nice. People very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

What a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful with flower gardens in full bloom and stunning verity. Check in was friendly and easy. Our room was spotless and fresh.
