Nice hotel very large with beautiful scenery. Check in staff were friendly and gave us lots of info but was tired so it was a lot to take in. Ordered room service as our flight was delayed and so we arrived in the late evening and the food was cold. We were close to the main building so not an issue for us to get to main reception for breakfast, but as the resort is built on a mountain I could imagine it would be difficult to get around if you have a mobility issues due to the landscape. Breakfast was OK but paid £35 pp for the dinner buffet which wasn’t good at all. Was reminded THREE TIMES that I would have to pay extra for drinks in the dinner hall and quite loudly by different staff members, their tone implying I couldn't afford it. It was not said but their tone was quite suggestive. The room looked like the photos, however the furniture was quite worn, with chips/marks. The view from our room was beautiful. Top stay with one negative: A la carte restaurent Meditarranio was a substandard experience.

Generally excellent. I was alone, so they put me in a room near reception, which was very convienent, but very noisy since they had very loud live music every night for 2 hours. Spa was super!

The hotel met my expectations, but there is room for improvement. Firstly, the hotel is in a beautiful location between Falaraki and Kallithea. Breathtaking views from the room and around the hotel grounds and facilities. The hotel spans across three levels with lots of steps and pathways leading through woodlands to and from the reception which is beautiful but not good for those who have any mobility issues. There is an onsite shuttle bus that runs to and from reception as well as to the beach. This does however stop in the evening so you would have to walk back. There are good public transport links outside the hotel that takes you to rhodes town, falaraki, lindos etc. The rooms are very clean and spacious, however the bathrooms had a terrible drain/sewer smell. The bathroom everyday smelt of this and the shampoo container wasnt that of a luxury hotel, had cardboard hanging out of it and the quality was poor. The bbalcony pool on our room was a ggreat feature but the water was cold and full of leaves, branches from the trees. lt should be cleaned regularly during the stay. The hotel staff were absolutely great, very accommodating and welcoming. The bar staff make a great cocktail, and are very friendly. The food options are great at all times, late night options as well as room service. Enjoyed the stay apart from the poor quality shampoo/shower gel products. As well as the smell of the bathroom - if the bathrooms door was left open it would make the room smell like it.

Spotlessly clean hotel, amazing food, friendly and helpful service. Rooms were big and modern, pool was gorgeous with large and comfy beds. Loved our stay here! Will be back

Excellent hotel & lovely staff but my gluten-free diet wasn't catered for very well & there's a very limited choice of restaurants nearby - started with 3 and went down to 2 with the nearest town being a 12 Euros each way taxi journey. Also, the number of steps around the property was a bit challenging.

We loved the property and the sea view room with shared pool we booked. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The weather was amazing and we had a very relaxing week there. It was a shame that the shared pool wasn’t heated and was freezing cold! However, we did use the two main heated swimming pools instead but they were quite crowded.

Wow. This is the ultimate spot for relaxation. Private pool access. Large rooms. Comfortable bed. The shower should never end…this is a relaxing spot with very good food.

Excellent place! Just be aware, the taxi drivers only take physical euro bills (unbelievable). For everything else, credit card payments are supported.

The staff were second to none, all more than happy to go the extra mile - with many seeming to not have any days off during our week. So, kudos to them. Great hotel with lovely facilities and brilliant buffet choices for breakfast and dinner. Can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely incredible. Me and my wife had the most wonderful 10 days of our lives for our honeymoon. The summer room was gorgeous, with a view that had us mesmerised every time we used the balcony. From the moment we arrived we were treated with the utmost kindness and hospitality, every member of staff we came across made us feel like they were only there for us. Everybody was calm and warm, making any request or issue we could possibly have seem like the easiest fix. My wife was ill during one of the nights, the following day we recieved 2 polite and non-invasive calls to the room to check if there was anything we might need. We loved becoming familiar with the faces of the staff around the hotel, each of which greeted us with a sincere smile each time we passed them. One server at Panorama in particular had a huge impact on our honeymoon with his genuine, kind, and helpful manner (thank you Dimos). The spa was a whole magical experience all of its own. The facility was absolutely stunning, with every inch looking beautiful and even the smell in every room was comforting. We shared a couples Efzin massage which was the most relaxing 2 hours of my life - the masseuse's were clearly very professional and experienced. The free entertainment every night was a fantastic touch, with Il Divo bringing both me and my wife to tears. Theres so much more to say, but overall, thank you Esperos. You gave us a truly special honeymoon and we cannot wait to return!

Esperos Village is the perfect place for a vacation. Everything in and around this hotel is on the highest level possible!
